Penny Arcade: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness 3

-Combat system. You know Grandia? Yeah, this is that. Pretty much straight gimping. Also classes but they don't matter because only the 'base' character unique classes are legal.

- Stats:
HP: Lose these and move back 1 step.
MP: Starts at 0 for everyone, everyone gains 1/turn.  MP Costs will be listed by moves.
Attack: Physical damage stat Not very powerful.
Defense: Physical damage reduction stat. I'll show how good this is relative to average. HIgher is better.
Magic: Magic damage stat. Also healing.
Magic Defense: Magic Damage reduction stat. Not very powerful. I'll list how good this is relative to average. Higher is better.
Speed: CTB speed. I approximated this to actual speed=~275 + Speed stat. Messy.

- Damages taken against the 'superboss' on Normal. She had pretty regular defenses outside halving Earth and Holy [already adjusted for]

- Interrupt. Anything with this tag dos a minor (~5%) knock-back for CTB purposes. If the target is in the 'Act' range of the CTB bar (80%-100% or so), then they get knocked back by 50% or so. Diminishing returns on this with each subsequent use (to prevent infinite locking).

-Defend: Halves damage, next turn comes ~25% faster (80% CTB to 100% CTB of the defending turn is instantly gained, basically)

-Conditions:
Defense Down: Reduces Defenses. Good for bringing down tanks to ground level, but only a 5% increase or so vs. average enemies.
Slow: Slows enemy by ~25-33%. For only 2 of their turns.
Stun: Enemy does not gain CTB for 2 of their turns.

Comments: Gets the drop on things thanks to Eager. Relies on killing things turn 3 through Wallop, but has a few other options if the need arises, including passable fire magic damage if he equips for it. Light/Middle.

Comments: Infinite healing off okay durability is something, and his speed is just 'below average' instead of 'bad'. Can heal before he lays on the damage for added effect, and Master's Thesis boosted by healing is an OHKO. Middle.

Upheavel(2): 2112 Earth magic damage, MT.
Dark Wave(2): 1878 MT dark magic damage.
Dark Pact(1): Adds Dark to physical, boosts Dark damage 25%
Fluid (2): 3523 Non-elemental magic damage. Interrupts.
Ichor(1): Defense Down on enemy.
Bottled Rage(2): Summons a BR icon at 80% CTB. Bottled Rage does 4110 dark magic damage and has a speed of ~80%. Repeats indefinitely.

Three Turn: Defend, Dark Surge, Dark Surge: 8452 (2817 average)

Comments: Bottled Rage is awesome. In-game. Not so much in a duel. Defending is a nice way to increase his durabilty while going for the 3HKO, but he still has a bad time of it if he goes that route. Honestly he probably just wants to 2HKO with Entomb if that's a viable option. Low Middle proably.
