Adell (Disgaea2) vs Flay (MK)- Strong kneejerk. Flay does not like evade and Adell's going first.

Adell vs Tio (Grandia2)- Tio.
Adell vs Cielo (DDS)- Don't think Cielo statuses turn one here.
Adell vs Oswin (FE7)- Tank.

Flay vs Tio
Flay vs Cielo- Shouldn't get one rounded.
Flay vs Oswin- Defense down+Buster star.

Tio vs Cielo- Status.
Tio vs Oswin- Tank.
Cielo vs Oswin- Status.

Flay vs Tio - lol
Flay vs Cielo - Probably does one-round, and may have to. Cielo's status is inaccurate, but against Flay MDef, it actually gets close to turn one.
Flay vs Oswin - Honestly, Oswin just can't get past the limit, and Flay's possibly -doubling- once he hits Last Stand (nevermind the fact Flay can bust his defense). Eep.

Tio vs Cielo - Tio offense isn't really there. Status.
Tio vs Oswin - Tio offense, once again. She doubles, but she's hitting Oswin's better defense.

Cielo vs Oswin - I guess he has something fatal there.

Adell (Disgaea2) vs Flay (MK): Flay needs 3 attacks under Raiden charge since one's going to miss, and he gives up the first hit. Adell 3HKOs him. Before anyone points out that Raiden Charge turns Flay's attacks into spells, I'll note that Disgaea 2 characters can dodge those too.
Adell vs Tio (Grandia2)
Adell vs Cielo (DDS): See him going first, unless Adell's move was higher than I remember.
Adell vs Oswin (FE7): Oswin has 1 spoiling trait: Defense. Adell has 2: Disgaea techs ignore counters (while there's no reason they couldn't double), and he has high evade vs. Oswin's crappy accuracy.

Flay vs Tio
Flay vs Cielo: haw haw elec resist. No way in hell can Flay one round, and he's going second.
Flay vs Oswin: Oswin on the other hand really, really hates how Flay turns himself into a mage.

Adell (Disgaea2) vs Flay (MK) - ...mmm...Adell has good evasion. Flay...I believe you could dodge timed cards. Mmm...decent fight. Adell probably takes it, though this is close.

Adell vs Tio (Grandia2) - Tio's Whirlwind was physical, IIRC, so there goes her chances.
Adell vs Cielo (DDS) - Cielo.
Adell vs Oswin (FE7) - Adell.

Flay vs Tio - Flay. Yeah...
Flay vs Cielo - Cielo.
Flay vs Oswin - Flay.

Tio vs Cielo - Cielo.
Tio vs Oswin - Tio. She has enough evade here, actually.
Cielo vs Oswin - Cielo.

Cielo and Adell perform much better than I thought.

Raiden Charge does NOT turn Flay's attacks into magic. They still rely on ATK, they still hit DEF, and I believe they still hit Blocker (though the number of enemies with Blocker is really small). They are straight up lightning elemental physical attacks (though they do not carry the physical ELEMENT property).

Timed cards are dodgable just as much as anything else, yes.

Tio's best chance for a win is against Cielo's weakness to ailments and her crappy Paralysis weapon off her speed.

I never realized how crappy she was before this.

Adell vs Tio (Grandia2)- These two remind me of each other a bit! Except Tio is ITE, and Adell is bad accuracy.

Adell (Disgaea2) vs Flay (MK): Kneejerk or something.
Adell vs Tio (Grandia2): More Kneejerk!
Adell vs Cielo (DDS): Yeah, think Adell kills before being statused.
Adell vs Oswin (FE7): Tank.

Flay vs Tio: Don't respect G2 evade quite enough, I'm afraid.
Flay vs Cielo: Goes first, probably gets the status in as a result.
Flay vs Oswin: Hmm...Flay can lower Oswin's defenses...but that costs him a turn, and I probably see his ST stuff as counterable so...yeah.

Tio vs Cielo: I...think?
Tio vs Oswin: *Shrugs*
Cielo vs Oswin: Oswin no like magic.

Tio can used Tornado 4 times when probably equipped, which should do it.

Ooohh, you're right, she had a cost-reducing weapon didn't she. She'd definitely go for that while using Tornado. *edits*
