Nom games that came out in the 00 decade. This had a few post in misc links, but it's worth a new topic.
What I'm nomming so far:

Maybe Fire Emblem 7 (I'm a little burnt out of watching FE games get crushed on GameFAQs)

Maybe some stuff I liked for the innovation (Loco Roco, Half-Minute Hero, Trauma Center, Warioware, Elite Beat Agents, Drilldozer)
Trying to focus on games that might get in, and might not flop if they do get in. Except Touhou, but it's easily my favourite series right now, and it getting in would mean more people hearing about it, so nyeah.

Trying to focus on games that might get in, and might not flop if they do get in.
Just from your list... Fire Emblem, Phoenix Wright, Wild Arms 4, and Paper Mario are all pretty much certain to flop if they get in. I don't think that's really something worth worrying about when it comes to noms, personally.

Presumably not Paper Mario. On Wii VC now, + well known sequels + not tiny to begin with. Would not surprise me if PM outperformed TF2 given how poor TF2 did in CB8.
it's 4-way, so this helps for highly cult stuff like FE & PW.

Fire Emblem (7) and Phoenix Wright both got murdered in the 2009 four-way contest. PW3 will likely do even worse than PW1, since it lacks that "first in series = people vote for it as a proxy for the series" factor that helped propel the likes of Sonic 1 and DKC 1 to perform better than their generally more well-liked same-system sequels.
Paper Mario... my assumption is that a non-mainstream RPG will never do well, and I think Super Mario RPG is the only game in that series that actually reaches into the GameFAQs mainstream. It is, admittedly, the only one of the four I think might actually have a chance.

Civilization 4 and Resident Evil 4 are the ones that come to mind immediately. Probably gonna have to put WoW on there, too.
