Gotta love that stat topic accuracy! Either way, I personally see >50%, so that's a win either way. You need to see the Prince as getting two turns before Adachi does /and/ the ID being turn 2 for Adachi to lose.

I see Adachi as average but losing most tiebreaks. Either way, 80% ID with no resistance is first turn to me (and, I think, most people) so Adachi wins on that and the fact that Prince can't OHKO, regardless of speed.

Tohru Adachi (Persona 4) vs Freyjadour Falenas (Suikoden V) - What Aiel said. Adachi has roughly average durability and Prince Falenas is doing about 0.85 PCHP. Helps that the Prince is slower than average.

Disgaea: Working through endings. Got normal, good, Etna, Flonne and Vyers endings. Currently grinding to get Lv 100 item ending, then gonna work on that Dark Assembly one.
I have never been the type to enjoy grinding in games, but apparently I don't mind it so much right now. :')

Disgaea: Been working my way through this over the last few weeks. For someone who doesn't like grinding much, I'm having a lot of fun working my way through Item World stages. Gordon is the most irritating thing ever, and not even in an endearingly cheesy way. Thankfully, Flonne and Etna are awesome enough that I don't really care. I should really spend less time on custom characters and more time on plot characters who aren't Laharl, but toying around with classes and throwing dragons at people is far more fun.

Counters: Allow them to counter, but not others to counter them. Only against ST attacks that deal damage.
Doubles: Nope.
Speed: Use in-game speed. It's how I make up for the lack of doubles, I guess.

it is roughly £760 for flights so I'm gonna see if I can make it. Any help with accommodation stuff would be awesome, but I'm going to have to figure out if I can afford flights first. I'm a 'probably not' at this stage, but I'll try to change that.

Went back to find my team as it should be, since the first post wasn't updated with it.

Vantage Sealstone:
Shadow (2.5)
Ramza (3.0)
Tidus (2.5)
Elincia (2.5)
Moulder (0.5)

General idea is that Shadow can smash things about with Interceptor if they're, y'know, any kind of physical. (As far as I know, at least. Might be wrong about that, but it's still hilariously awesome.) Elincia and Moulder are both capable healers and.. Elincia's a capable damage dealer too! Plus, evasion hype to go with counter hype! Ramza acts as yet another healer, while also getting reaction commands for more Vantage abuse. Tidus throws around some ridiculous speed shenanigans as well as eventually getting Caladbolg for absolutely ridiculous Vantage abuse.

Still not sure how useful Tidus is in here, wouldn't mind a half-decent mage early on, but not sure who. Any thoughts?
(For now, Neph, go with this team, and I'll update it if any changes are made.)

Started trying to speedrun glitchless Pokemon Blue a few weeks back. I'm through about 15 attempts, most of which I've reset in the first 20 minutes. Twice, I've got to the Elite Four... and lost. One was because of a lack of PP restoration (missed the Elixir in Silph Co.) and the other was having the wrong moveset - I had Mega Kick instead of Ice Beam. Fuck Alakazam and Gyarados, those things are evil. I reaaally want to find a route that skips Mega Kick, it seems so very sub-optimal.

 - With any luck, going to university. I'm definitely gonna try to get that sorted, at least.

2. What are you not looking forward to next year?
 - The wait for the above. Knowing I've basically got a 9-month wait on continuing with my life is pretty disappointing.

3. Any new years resolutions planned? If so, what are they?
 - I don't normally do New Year's resolutions, but I'm going to try and prepare myself for writing more frequently by doing a poem every day of the year. Doesn't matter how shit they turn out, it'll just be to get some ideas going and to get me in the habit of writing consistently.

4. What was the highlight of your 2012?
 - Probably the October Expo. Best convention I've been to for quite a long time.

5. What is the best Christmas gift you got this year?
 - Reaaally nice camcorder. Wanted one so I can record poetry/comedy night stuff.

6. What was the best Christmas gift you gave this year?
 - A day out zorbing. (For those who don't know, that's being rolled down a hill in a giant hamster ball.)

7. Planning on doing any travelling next year? If so, where?
 - Hopefully, although no idea where. I kinda want to go to Norway, and I still want to go to both the US and Canada at some point.

 - Turkey and stuffing sandwiches are daaaamn nice.

 - 2 days ago, I bought a netbook for no good reason. Haven't had time to regret it just yet!

 - Didn't have any~

 - Got a few friends coming down from around the country, so got about 10-12 people coming to mine.

 - 4 years ago or something? We rarely get snow here, so even when we've had them, it's never lasted long.
