Whoever said a dog’s bark is worse than their bite has never been on the receiving end of a full blast of magic from Alef. As the DL’s premier dog-faced Mage, Alef might look like she was better suited to a canine competition - which is sensible. But don’t let her looks fool you! Alef’s Bolt 4 is one of Middle’s most destructive magical attacks, and she intends to bring its full force against her opponent. Hahn may have solid magical defense and fountains of healing, but his bad HP offsets the defense, and healing will do you no good if you are charred in one hit. And, with her superior speed, Alef will at least have one attempt to turn Hahn into the equivalent of a human conductor rod. That's all she needs.
