Against a dutiful, tight-ass cop, you wouldn't expect a mere generic to be able to hold his own. But the Ninja can certainly prove the naysayers wrong! Sporting a healthy mix of high-profile offense and excellent equipment sets that boost his durability to respectable levels, the Ninja, stealthy and crafty as he is, is ready to give Suou a showing in ninja skills. And, while Katsuya has the aid of a strange persona to augment his strengths, that asset won't be of help: the cop is still sluggish and his tricks are far from impressive in the arena. However, even his notable defenses will crumble before the insane damage of Ninja's Shurikens applied quite liberally. While this might not be a very varied or fancy fight, the outcome is as clear as it can be in the arena, with Ninja's superior slugging eking out a win over the bespectacled, bemused, and bestabbed cop.
