Persephone (WA5) vs Elyon (BoF5): Seeing BoF5 as average speed after the first turn means Persephone should have what it takes here. Also really good at overwhelming AD.

Heavy:

Griever (FF8) vs Naesala (FE9): Remember Griever being really bad generally. He can have fun with Naesala's evade.

Middle:

Habaruku (BoF2) vs Lilina(FE6): Survives a spell, Hush, kills her before it wears off. Oh well.

Light:

Onix (PKMN) vs Shuckle (PKMN): Bind spam after Screech destroys Shuckle. If you vote on non-RBY Onix, Screech then weakness-hitting Iron Tail also works. Way faster, too.

Persephone (WA5) vs Elyon (BoF5)- Unsure exactly how I see Persephone.

Middle:

Cinnamon (MMXCM) vs Adell (Dis2)- Adell. He has plenty of cheap damage. Cinnamon has 4 shots of 4HKO, and then falls to like an 8HKO. Of course, throw in Adell's HP...and his 50% evasion. Cinnamon even needs 3 turns before she has 60% healing, and then needs another 3 turns before she can do it again. Iron Maiden helps, but she's just racking up damage fast enough considering that in the end, her healing isn't good.

Light:

Garland (FF1) vs Tink (Dis2)- Tink, I think? The "I think" is more a symptom of not really knowing Garland's stats.

Aww, my voting abilities for NR had been a lot better this season too.

Yoyo (BL) vs Elvis (WA5) - I can't recall Elvis missing... Ever. So that entire Dodge thang of Yoyo's... Yeah. Also, she died a lot for me, so I guess I don't hold much confidence in her ability to take punishment.

Middle:

Cinnamon (MMXCM) vs Adell (Dis2)

Light:

Onix (PKMN) vs Shuckle (PKMN) - Since Shuckle can pretty much do 1~2 dmg average per round... And Onix can beat that... Yeah, I don't see any way Shuckle can win this.
Garland (FF1) vs Tink (Dis2) - Lol Garland.

Garland (FF1) vs Tink (Dis2)- Counters tip it.
Ines Torres (FM4) vs Bard (FFT)- How the fuck does Ines win this, Monkey? She can't counter Bard (He has a ranged attack, her DL weapon is either grenades or melee), and he's got a life draining weapon to boot. It helps that Ines's damage without skills is a joke, and she only has one or two DL skills of note in that regard.

Regarding Elyon being average after first turn, it's because there's literally no way to tell he isn't. If he were extremely slow in BoF5 speed, but got first strike, it would cause the battle to be exactly the same as it currently is (i.e. extremely high BoF5 speed). Basically BoF5 speed is worthless past round 1 (along with Super Mario RPG, but unlike CTB and TB) so I reflect this in the DL. I actually started doing this to address problems I had with SMRPG speed (Geno's speed mattering late in the battle, and also in response to some bosses who are actually impossible to tell whether they're incredibly "fast" or incredibly "slow") but it applies to BoF5 too.

Alucard Tepes (SotN) vs Atma Weapon (FF6): Yeah, OHKOs with Full Power.  No matter what kind of excuse you try to argue, Alucard strikes me as average durability regardless (Richter Mode is a special mode that doesn't really apply, etc.)  Full Power is a clean OHKO to average.
Benjamin (FFMQ) vs Romeo Guildenstern (VS): Can't vote.
Father Salade (LPT) vs Firkraag (BG2): Still can't vote.
Persephone (WA5) vs Elyon (BoF5): Kneejerk.  Thinking he can overwhelm her with clones and such.

Heavy:

Godo Kisaragi (FF7) vs Ansem (KH): Godo is genuinely good! Ansem is crap.
Griever (FF8) vs Naesala (FE9): FE9 Naesala is not only evasive and hits hard (80% PCHP in damage a turn; yes, that includes the double.  I think with 11 points above average FE speed, I can consider him doubling everything this side of Belial.), but he's a tank too.  Think I mathed him out as having 150%~ to physicals and magic? Yeah, Griever can't deal with someone like that.
Yoyo (BL) vs Elvis (WA5): Elvis is weak to Yoyo's damage, whoops!
Katsuya Suou (Pers2) vs Ash (PB): Can't vote.

Middle:

Akihiko Sanada (P3) vs Kite (.hack): Can't vote.
Habaruku (BoF2) vs Lilina(FE6): Lilina had Res, much like most FE Mages.  Habaruku has...3k HP...after Shamans can be used at their fullest (alongside G. Dragon!) Lilina should have an easy 2HKO.

Yoyo (BL) vs Elvis (WA5)- Elvis... wasn't really durable if I remember correctly. Hitting a weakness helps.
Katsuya Suou (Pers2) vs Ash (PB)- Katsuya........ will probably try to ID Ash, as it's his best shot of winning.
Still, that's Turn 2, and I doubt he's staying alive to see that, given Ash is speedy AND has initiative, while Katsuya has gameworst speed.

Middle:

Akihiko Sanada (P3) vs Kite (.hack)- I THINK Kite has options to go for water elemental damage, and 1 MORE!! system dictates that Akihiko falls.
Kite waits/buffs, Akihiko takes 1 turn to get up, rinse and repeat. Akihiko will probably never see the chance to heal....
Cinnamon (MMXCM) vs Adell (Dis2)- Good Middle vs. Good Light.
