Maintaining the image of a madman isn't the easiest job in the world, and Kefka’s working to keep up his reputation by practising villainous laughs. It seems as if he’s doing a good job. Of course, it’s not as if it’s hard to find good laughter-provoking material this season. Sizing up his opponent for the first round made Kefka nearly keel over in amusement. In fact, when you look at it closely this fight is enough to induce mocking laughter in anyone, even if they're <I>sane</I>. Just look at the sheer patheticness of Lugia against Kefka’s might - Fallen One, Havoc Wing ... waahahaha. Poor Lugia doesn’t stand a chance against such skills.
