Margulis (vs. Meganium)
« on: July 11, 2008, 02:38:24 AM »
A fire burns in Margulis's heart.  His passion will see Jin humiliated, Ziggy paid back, himself in a cool new giant mech, and U-TIC triumphant...  oh yes, revenge will be his.  More specifically for this match, a fire burns on his sword.  Literally.  Margulis's Shiva sword strikes are both Physical and Fire, and his Rakta Fire magic knocks his opponents to the ground to writhe in flames.  Rumor has it that those Grass type Pokemon don't take well to that.  Margulis can even heal himself with his shadow clones, trumping the sprout's weak attempts at Photosynthesis.  Meganium's offense is only vaguely threatening during its Overgrowth phase at low health, which will easily be bypassed by a dramatic finishing Boost-combo.  Yes, nothing can stop Margulis on his march to the finals, certainly not this flammable toy.
