Stat topic is taken around level 30, which is almost exactly where I finished the game on both playthroughs. I’ll try covering stuff that’s more dueling relevant has OK already has info on the complete list of techs in the level 40 topic.
Statistic Notes:
Defense- Defense AND Mdef (In the ATL 4 way). Subtraction based.
Str- Determines power of regular physicals only
Mental- Determines power of all techs and magic. Yes, technically ATL 4 has no such thing as physical damage or magical damage.
Speed- About Equivalent to 32+Speed (Or, coincidentally, Average Speed+Speed)

Physicals are taken from the side (Very easy to attack from the side in game).

Default Setup for Accessories was Satan Beads, Stone Bag, and Titanium Armband. Most characters don’t want default weapons parts (well, maybe guard support…but if you take guard as relative, then its irrelevant). Coatings slow them down and the PCs don’t want to be relying on their physicals anyway.
Note on Elements: Water covers Water and Ice (Water Crash, Blizzard). Additionally, it could be seen that Light is both Holy and Lightning (The animation seems to combine both on both Tatjana’s attacks and enemy’s Holy spells. Not sure how I see it now).
Status: Lasts 3-4 turns on average. Exception is the weapon inflicted statuses. More testing later to see if specific statuses have specific lengths.
Random note on Attack Down moves: These could have interp issues as they only effect regular attacks. Enemy techs that are clearly physical are determined by their Mental Stat. How let you Attack Down work in the DL is up to you.
Damage: After the tech/magic damages, you’ll see some other numbers. These will be numbers you can add/subtract from the damage depending on setups (3 Satan’s Beads, 2 Satan, 2 and special setup…etc). I’ll add in what the alternate setup are later.
I don’t have certain equips and can’t be sure of their stats (all the FaQs are wrong. Yes, ALL). I’ll add them once/if I can find credible info about them.
