Id vs. Lilka - I think... he probably OHKOs off the bat. Welp.
Id vs Zapdos - Id gets OHKOed by an average physical to me, assuming Dhyer's numbers are correct. Drill Peck OHKOs.
Id vs Garland - Garland might OHKO with a physical... but it's 75% accuracy and Id has evade. So.

Lilka vs Zapdos - Uhhhh. Zapdos could try for Paralysis hax? Too bad it's too damned inaccurate. Agility gets mitigated fairly fast by Quicken.
Lilka vs Garland - Stop.

Zapdos vs Garland - Thunder+Drill Peck 2HKOs and Stop against Zapdos MDef is turn three to me.

Id vs Lilka: Overwhelms.
Id vs Zapdos: Not overwhelmed!
Id vs Garland: Kneejerk says Id is a bit better of a boss slugger.

Lilka vs Zapdos: Thunder Wave more than offsets Quicken (actually, it offsets two!), and then Agility.  Should be enough to take her out.
Lilka vs Garland: Goes first, casts Stop, wins.  At least, I THINK Garland had really good speed, like any other FF9 boss not Necron (who cheated with multi acting anyway)

Zapdos vs Garland: Stop again!

Id vs Zapdos: OHKO?
Id vs Garland: Yeah.

Lilka vs Zapdos: Quick+Doublecast+Full healing does its thing, with the weakness smacking in play. (Zapdos wastes his time with an attempt to Agility. Both smack TB caps hard and hers buffs evade too. She also has Dispel to manipulate him if he goes for that).
Lilka vs Garland: $*&%*$& Kanon.

Zapdos vs Garland: Stop.
