Mario vs Jean: SMRPG can't block paralysis.
Mario vs Gilder: Mario 2HKOs average by the skin of his teeth, which means he 3HKOs Gilder post-increm. He goes second. Increm -> focus -> Gunslinger is overkill damage. If I allowed the ghost medal Mario would survive it, but I don't.

Jean vs Gilder: I think 25% status hits on turn 3.

Jean > Gilder > Mario

Mario vs Jean- Jean. 2 shots of 50% Paralysis...works.
Mario vs Saturos- Saturos. Delusion in a close match. Saturos is also faster.
Mario vs Neifirst- Neifirst
Mario vs Gilder- Mario

Jean vs Saturos- Saturos
Jean vs Neifirst- Neifirst
Jean vs Gilder- Gilder. Having Jean's status rates screws her pretty badly, I think. Jean is 121% speed, Gilder is like 102%, so she needs a while to double. Status hits on turn 4, Gilder gets 3 turns. 2 Physicals and a Gunslinger overkills her.

Mario vs Jean - One of those matches where EBO Jean has uses for her turn two status.
Mario vs Neifirst - Both 4HKO. Neifirst is faster.

Jean vs Neifirst - Neifirst 2HKOs. Jean needs to OHKO after buffing and she can't.

Mario vs Jean - Mario can't block paralysis?  Ouch.
Mario vs Saturos - Delusion was a decent status?  I don't think it really matters, though.  I think I have enough Saturos HP respect to see him taking three Ultra Jumps, all things considered.

Mario vs Jean: Status argument works for me.
Mario vs Saturos: Slugfest I think Mario has the edge in due to better speed.
Mario vs Neifirst: Not here though.  Neifirst may be frailer than Saturos, but she hits a lot harder and is much faster.
Mario vs Gilder: Gilder in Heavy tends to yield lots of wins! ...for the opposing side.

Jean vs Saturos: Jean isn't suited too well for slug fests, she hates end game damage values.
Jean vs Neifirst: She also hates fast heavy sluggers.
Jean vs Gilder: but not failure heavies like him!

Saturos vs Neifirst: Hits harder and faster, etc.
Satuors vs Gilder: Gilders damage is possibly bad enough when not using SP that Cure Well might trump it.  This fight fails.

Neifirst vs Gilder: Gilder sucks.

Meep... well, I guess this comes down to what you've seen, but stat topics list Mario at... pretty much average, slightly below average speed, while Saturos sits just above average. Saturos being above feels right to me, but maybe you had higher levels or whatever.

Just throwing that out there for GREAT SATUROS HYPE. Don't want him misinterpreted once my lone nominations finally get him in >_>

Saturos got several noms, that's why he is in FIT in the first place. And yeah, he does have speed. GS bosses are fast, if nothing else.
