Jade, while a durable foe, can do nothing to stop Nate's spell-slinging assault. A Light All to start the battle and Jade will be unable to do anything as his health slowly whittles away. Even if Jade were to land a hit or two, Nate can respond with his fully restorative Elixer spell. It is terribly unfortunate for Jade to have to fight an opponent such as Nate Nanjo, but alas, the business world can be quite cruel.
