Team Unoriginal vs. Kyra, Artea and FFT Chemist- No real disabling status here. Even with Kyra they have no chance of stopping the physical blitz.
Team Unoriginal vs. Alma, Nina4 and Marle- Stallers versus this team. Orlandu can knock Marle out of the fight instantly, and Nina/Alma have no chance of making any kind of damage stick.
Team Unoriginal vs. Royce- Um yeah. Horrible slaughter.
Team Unoriginal vs. Jade- Jade can't OHKO Cid or Garnet.  His style of offense does not work at all here. Doesn't Nel immune Thunder anyway?
Team Unoriginal vs. Profound Darkness- Orlandu can solo PD in all likelyhood. Having some support makes it extremely academic.

Why are Nitori's battles harder than Uno's? =-(

Team Shale - Passes- This is another team line up that I'm impressed with and I strongly suspect it may be able to have as successful a run as Uno's.

Team Nitori - This seems unfair ... I'm going to abstain for now and see if I can come up with some way to hype the underdog.

I have a few questions regarding Team Uno -

1) For Profound Darkness does the team just have to fight one form or all forms?

2) If the latter his final form has Sleep - a status which SO3 characters phear. I think PD can send 4/5 of Uno's team to sleep actually (I know Garnet at least can block it) Question is can the team OHKO/kill off the boss before it gets it off?

* Nel doesn't immune Thunder. She halves it with Elemental Leather/the shiny new Tri Emblem the dungeon master just granted her. They don't stack. The only way she  nulls/absorbs it is if you allow her to synth wind shielding/wind absorbtion to her weapon (hey it is the dungeon after all!) Depends how generous the voter is with their interps I guess. I'm personally allowing her Convert Damage to MP (Preserve HP) + mp regen factors. Without that Nel's durability is bad. Probably doesn't matter that Nel doesn't absorb thunder for me but your mileage may vary.

It only looks harder. A full heal every turn is much easier than you might imagine.

Team Nitori vs. Ghaleon - Let's see...  Ghaleon only gets one Fate Storm on his fourth turn, and then every five turns after that.  Still, if Ghaleon takes out Benjamin...  No one else has any way of reviving him.  Still, I'm...  Thinking that the rest of the team wouldn't be able to blitz the Chaos Shield before he gets off another?

I dunno, I probably should abstain.  But I still think that they bite it to Sephiroth speed, Pale Horse, and Shadow Flare cheese, but that's a tale for another time.  EDIT:  Definite abstain.  I can't really claim to know about half these bosses, and Benjamin remains a mystery to me.

While it doesn't matter at all, Orlandu doesn't deal Holy damage, so not sure where this stuff about "ow, holy weakness" is coming from.

That said this floor 8 is completely pathetic so Uno passes easily. Single Godlike bosses do not hold up against aftergame teams. No vote on the other two for now.

Magic Fanatic: Mint has Resurrection by Floor 6 though, right?  Last time I looked at a FAQ, I think she gets it, just pretty late.

Anyway, I do agree that no way Ghaleon can spam double Fate Storm.  In fact, since his move is Fate Storm / Chaos Shield and I personally hold him to the "one Chaos Shield every five rounds" limit, it seems fair to apply that to FS as well.  So Ghaleon isn't really a problem for Nitori's team, nor are most of the fights after that...  Sephiroth shouldn't live to cast Supernova, I think, and even if he does Ben is status-immune (except for ID) and can heal the party and hope that Sephy didn't get lucky with inflicting a lot of confusion.

The actual problem match is Zophar.  I think Zophar statuses Mint then Fate Storms Benjamin?  And generally unleashes horrible MT damage?  Does Rikku have items in her bag of tricks to cure Mint's silence or other problems?  Zophar is generally a nightmare what with his triple-acting or thereabouts, so things can head downhill really fast.  Since others are voting against, I'll tentatively assume Rikky can cure Mint's silence and Mint can then revive Ben, but even then, Zophar is still getting damage in, and Cecil is really the only one on the team who can afford to do offense at all while the others are busy healing.  I'll say pass, I suppose.

Yeah, I'm not sure I can see Nitori's team getting past Zophar, which is what decided my vote; even if I give him leeway on Ghaleon since I also don't see double Fate Storm, Zophar acts as choke point.

Edit:  Also, according to the FAQ...  It's Raise Dead at level 50.  Resurrection (as weird as it may be) doesn't do any reviving - it's just huge MT healing.
