The Sage of Zeteginia is generally just about the last Godlike you want to let get a turn. His assault is as deadly as it is varied, packing ITD parastic draining in Life Suck to magic of every element to strike at any given weakness (Wind, in Tibarn's case), to blistering speed that gives him some of the highest total damage output in Godlike. Rashidi's also extremely fast out of the gate and has some evasion to boot, so you'd better make that damage stick! Tibarn's physical strikes are powerful, but rely on him getting the drop and possessing more attack speed than his foe, two things very much not true here. And no matter how tough the Hawk King is, no creature can withstand Rashidi's assault without a quick kill- and his unimpressive undoubled attack won't do that.
