Floor 4a: Reversal of Fortune (Midgame)

Let's see what happens when your reality is turned upside down? Hahahahaha...

*For this floor, all damage and healing is reversed. (Damage heals, heals damage) All status healing spells inflict that status at 100% (Including Life -> ID), all status-inflicting spells remove that status (ID -> Life) and all Buffs or debuffs do the opposite (Saner would reduce speed and evasion) These spells can be targetted at enemies or allies.
*All resources used for Healing are infinite, as well.

Battle #17: Rosa and Cecil

Rosa: Cecil! Don't worry, we can defeat them!

Team Magic vs. Boss Magus - No ID cheese here, unfortunately, so Tir puts on a physical offensive while Riou Berserks the group and a buffing game begins. Magus can't take that so he dies.

There is absolutely no way Riou has a level 3 charge yet. Are you getting that confused with his L1 heal? Also, Steiner can absorb Shadow, but that's probably superfluous to this particular fight, thinking about it.

As I recall it, Riou's L1 Heal also inflicts Berserk status.

... But okay, so Riou can't Berserk... Let's assume my recollection is wrong. I can still see Mint/Riou being more than enough on the Healing front for Tir to murder Magus, and then there's two others so that speeds matters up.

:v Tir IDing Steiner would just be saving resources for Magus, quite sure they can otherwise blitz Steiner like that and still come out. I think the way I think they'd fight doesn't really matter because the team toasts the floor anyway~

Riou can only cast Berserk with Battle Oath, and that's L3. Your recollection is wrong. That said, the Magus fight is essentially "Lilka very slowly solos him".

Not to mention Battle Oath's Berserk status is at most 50% effective at landing, and there's a grand total of three people who'll be even halfway effective with it (and even then...  this is not a party for strong physical beats given that the Suiko mains are the best at that, and Suikophysicals are scrubby without random crits).  So, expect one of the people you care about getting Berserk actually getting berserked.

Mia passes, nobody that can really mess her team up is fast, Terra and Lenneth can take one person out and the Chemist is good for another for pretty much every fight.  Seifer is a lamer as usual.

Magic... hmm.  Might be a worthy floor without the fullheal, but since he has it Tir can pretty much just ID all his problems away.  There's really only one dangerous fighter at most per fight, and I'm pretty sure he can come up with at least three charges.  Boss Magus is embarrased by Lilka, let alone the whole team.
