Boyd (vs. Beowulf)
« on: November 29, 2008, 12:07:35 AM »
The Greil Mercenaries have put up an admirable showing this season. With seven wins already between them, they've shown what an elite fighting force they are, and the only reason they don't have more is that Oscar had the misfortune to run into his brother last week. Boyd, the strongest Greil Mercenary, swings a mean axe, and if Beowulf is a somewhat more dangerous opponent than those he has previously faced, that just means he'll have to swing it that much harder! Beowulf, sword or no, will be unable to withstand the colossus-like assault of the much swifter Boyd and his Silver Axe. He may have trouble surviving long enough to even cast one of his spells, and if he does? His already inaccurate status attacks face Boyd's modest evasion. Boyd won't stop swinging his axe until he earns a championship; there's no way he can resist getting such bragging rights over Oscar and Rolf!

Maybe.
