Black X's number one enforcer returns to NR after a lengthy absence, eager to cause mayhem and destruction. The cyborg's opponent looks to be in stark contrast, with his freaky hippy-esque ability to take the forms of various animals and pacifistic nature. But perhaps their not so different, eh? No matter, however many monstrous forms Rue may command, none can stand before Shuzer's high-tech arsenel and considerable skill.
