Let's see what happens when your reality is turned upside down? Hahahahaha...

*For this floor, all damage and healing is reversed. (Damage heals, heals damage) All status healing spells inflict that status at 100% (Including Life -> ID), all status-inflicting spells remove that status (ID -> Life) and all Buffs or debuffs do the opposite (Saner would reduce speed and evasion) These spells can be targetted at enemies or allies.
*All resources used for Healing are infinite, as well.

Battle #16: Citan and Billy

Citan: Let's go, Billy
Billy: Okay, Doctor!

Battle #17: Rosa and Cecil

Rosa: Cecil! Don't worry, we can defeat them!
Cecil: Of course, my love.

Battle #18: Tir and S2 Meg

Tir: ...
Meg: ...Um... Let's... go!

Battle #19: Lulu, Garnet and Terra

Lulu: You will die here.
Garnet: My Eidolons will protect me...!

So, you want to try something new? Fine then. Let's see how you like it... I have a surprise for you at the end!

Battle #6: Justin and Ryudo

Justin: Heh! This is a real adventure!
Ryudo: Skye, take flight! Let's beat these guys into the ground!

Battle #7: Cloud, Zidane and Tidus

Cloud: Hmph. You're not Sephiroth, but you'll do.
Zidane: Heh heh, if I take you guys out, I'll get a nice bonus.
Tidus: THIS IS MY STORY! ...What?!

Battle #8: Stahn, Reid and Luke

Stahn: FIREBALL! FIRE WALL! FLARE TORANDO!
Reid: Err... Let's go!
Luke: Uh... okay!

Battle #9: Ashley, Virginia and Jude

Ashley: Well, if we have to fight... we have to fight.
Virgina: I won't give up! Let's go!

Edna: Ricardo... I am... sorry...
Ricardo: It is okay, my love... we shall defeat them together!

Rand: Yeah!
Cray: I... er... right!

Battle #7: Ephraim and L'Arachel

Grey: ICICLE DISASTER!!!

Notes beforehand:
1) Lufia has speed boosting equipment! So, Maxim can neglect his defense here to opt for more speed!
2) Excepting Raja my entire team is above average speed. (if you assume Maxim to be twinked for Speed!)
3) Songstress's Stop Dance just inflicts Stop to my Interp. If you want it to inflict IMMEDIATE TURN instead, just say so! :)
4) Songstress Cancan reduces enemy HP by 50% and damages them 25%! :D!

Team Bardiche | Maxim, Tidus, Songstress, Crowley, Raja
[Floor 4a]
*For this floor, all damage and healing is reversed. All status healing spells inflict that status at 100% (Including Life -> ID), all status-inflicting spells remove that status (ID -> Life) and all Buffs or debuffs do the opposite (Saner would reduce speed and evasion) These spells can be targetted at enemies or allies.
*All resources normally used for Healing are infinite, as well.
Team Bardiche vs. Citan and Billy - So, Tidus acts first. Slow Songstress so her speed doubles, then have her inflict Brakedance on the opposition. As far as I know Citan and Billy can't reject Stop. Otherwise, just have Citan Hasted and Maxim can Rally Citan to death. Billy's so slow Crowley can just nuke him. Crowley's also above average speed so yeah!
Team Bardiche vs. Rosa and Cecil - Loller speed, whuzzat? Neither of these two pose a challenge since Maxim and Crowley take turns before either of them─if you somehow respect Cecil speed enough for it to matter, Tidus can do horrible things to that. So can Songstress.
Team Bardiche vs. Tir and S2 Meg - Tir isn't a problem: he can only Heal. That's... yeah, not really threatening. Meg's the problem, but thanks to her Speed Maxim can get a Rally off of her and finish her before she can become a threat. Tir can either opt to revive Meg or... heal himself. Either way, he's getting offed by Crowley, and if Meg's revived Raja can deal with her. No problemo. She's below-average speed anyway, it's not like Maxim and Crowley can't deal with the problem before then. Alternatively, Songstress can dance her Cancan and Maxim MT Stronger's to kill both in one go. Tir should be able to go before Songstress anyway!
Team Bardiche vs. Lulu, Garnet and Terra - Tidus casts Hastega on the opposition. There goes their speed advantage. Songstress hastes the team with Slow Dance and horrible things happen from there.
Team Bardiche vs. Kyra and Galcian - Tidus/Songstress combo for the win. :) Having two Revivers, one Max Healer and two people who can MT affect speed certainly makes this a lot easier on me.

Pass to the other 3 teams as well!

Songstress's Stop Dance would probably remove Stop on this floor to me, as a note. Rather irrelevant, as looking at things you pass anyway, but.

Just an academic question about the reversal floor - what would statuses that heal themselves do? Like Frog and Mini? Do they just work normally?

...I... don't know! >_>

Probably agree with you; the other interp I could see is not letting them work period, but.

The inflicting effect would be reversed so that it now heals, and the healing effect would be reversed so that it now inflicts. In other words, yeah, no change I'd say.

Team Consonant | Rika, Arc, Lilka, DoS White Wizard, Moulder
[Floor 2c]
Team Consonant vs. Ox, Rand and Cray - My team can just out-stall here, thanks to Lilka's infinite resources and Arc's Brave Crest.
Team Consonant vs. Ephraim and L'Arachel - Rika Saners the team, Eph eats Weak Enemy, L'Arachel sits there and proceeds to be obnoxious but unthreatening.
Team Consonant vs. Augustine and Domingo - Domino gets Elim'd, Lilka Quicks Arc, Augustine eats Weak Enemy?  Think that's the best way to go about this fight.
Team Consonant vs. Auron and Steiner - Auron does something, Steiner gets Elim'd, Auron curses his accuracy and speed.
Team Consonant vs. Boss Magus, Flea and Slash - Flea is highly obnoxious and gets taken out first.  Thankfully, Lilka can cure Sleep and I think Cure-Alls are available even this early, so Arc can equip one to block Confuse (it hurts his defense, yeah, but it's not like these guys are titans of physical damage).

The other teams pass as well.

Just at a glance, I say All Pass.

The only one I was iffy on was Random Consonant's team, but I'll buy his rundown.

Oh, Nyarlathotep's dungeon only counts DL legally? Not just however you want? D'oh. I suppose that puts a slight damper on it... but where necessary Tidus can make up for that by simply slowing the enemies and Songstress hasting the party, or Tidus hasting and Songstress slowing.

There's next to no speed boosting equips available outside of the AC and lategame. The Jet helmet boosts AGI by 5 or 10 but it's a enemy drop and three PC's can use it, so yeah.

Still chewing on the floors.

What's the argument for Maxim/Crowley > Cecil? Rally? No - Cecil immunes Instant Death.

Crowley's healing spell just provides full healing, not revival. Ergo, it's just max damage, not ID.

Alternative: if you think Cecil's speed sucks (as I do), you can also have the Songstress dance the Cancan instead to reduce Cecil's HP by 50% and do 25% of his original mHP as damage to him, meaning even a weak Healing spell like Stronger, maybe even Strong, can disable Cecil. Crowley can still nuke Rosa.

Hell, Shining Wind might even take both of them out in one fell swoop.

You'd likely only have one Shining Wind shot by this floor, so save it for a later fight.

This being said, yeah, that fight's not an issue due to both being slugs.

Ok I'll buy it! Healing Wind to Cecil, Rally to Rosa.

What exactly does Shining Wind do? Stat topic says *some* parasitic healing whatever that means >.>

Shining Wind is ~500 damage to opponents (brutal up till... about now, where it's probably a 2HKO?) and full healing on allies. This makes it MT max damage on opponents and some healing on allies, this floor.

Ouuuuch that's broked  <.< I don't think I have any more objections to Bardiche passing then - unless can Garnet block Slow with Locomotion? I seem to remember FFIX having a slow blocker of some kind and that's the ability name that came to mind though I could be wrong~

I believe Locomotion is only Stop, and Slow is one of the few statuses that FF 9 doesn't provide a blocker for (Along with Trouble, not sure if there is anything else).

I'll go ahead and say all teams pass. Wasn't sure on Bardiche's match, but I guess I'll buy the Songstress + Tidus combo.

Throwing down a vote for now: All pass, maaaay change my mind on Neph's team (Belenus/Grey/Lucian fight may trip him up; did VP have a Petrify blocker?) but he can probably scrape through. Once he's done so, Orlandu really shouldn't be a threat (needs to block Petrify, needs to MP blast TimeLord immediately, arguably wants to block Earth as well, but from there Bowser nerfs his stats and everything goes downhill for him, he's ST damage nerfed against two good healers, early game Mystic (albeit without MP, but the phys damage should be okay), and Jeigan Bowser + whoever's not healing + EILEEN PHYSICALS. Yeah, it's a cute fight, but gutchecking against Orlandu here.

Granted, if TimeLord had an initiative move of most any sort, that just kinda um yeah.
* Taishyr checks.

...Overdrive is initiative. LOL Orlandu Neph passes. >_>;
