Spellbinding Eye (Grandia 2) vs. Lionheart (Final Fantasy 8): Both cooler AND more relevant.
Screwdriver (Mana Khemia) vs. Ripper Blast (Star Ocean 2): Much cooler move.
Radiant Howl (Tales of the Abyss) Lightning Stab (Final Fantasy Tactics): More MA antivoting.
Devour (Final Fantasy 8)  vs. Underpants Dance (Dragon Quest VIII): As far as moves moving on due to pure silliness, Underpants Dance is clearly more badass.

Chain Saw (Final Fantasy 6)vs. Intrude (Wild  Arms 4): Versatile, fun, and godly.
Aether (Fire Emblem 9) vs. Blinding Blaze (Valkyrie Profile 2): Blinding maize! Just more stylish, frankly.

Maybe.

Wow, this is all pretty A-level material here.

Spellbinding Eye (Grandia 2) vs. Lionheart (Final Fantasy 8) -Lionheart's cool, but SBE is just all-around cooler -and- more useful. Better in a duel, too.
Screwdriver (Mana Khemia) vs. Ripper Blast (Star Ocean 2) - The more I watch the clips of this one, the more hilarious it becomes... ^_^
Radiant Howl (Tales of the Abyss) vs. Lightning Stab (Final Fantasy Tactics) - Favorite Mystic Arte + nice to see plot power in action.
Devour (Final Fantasy 8)  vs. Underpants Dance (Dragon Quest VIII) - God, it's probably Champ-powered.

Chain Saw (Final Fantasy 6)vs. Intrude (Wild  Arms 4) - Damn close to me... Raquel's signature move just barely edges out zOMG itsaChainsaw.
Aether (Fire Emblem 9) vs. Blinding Blaze (Valkyrie Profile 2) - VP2 does stylish better than FE.
Pancake (Rhapsody) vs. Double-Edged Sword (Suikoden Tactics) - Far too amusing.
Coup de Grace (La Pucelle: Tactics) vs. Holy (Final Fantasy Tactics) - And maybe we'll see who wins between absurd humor and teen humor next week?

Yay, I love the Tech Tourney! ^_^

This Week:
Spellbinding Eye (Grandia 2) vs. Lionheart (Final Fantasy 8)- Auto-obtained and more useful.
Screwdriver (Mana Khemia) vs. Ripper Blast (Star Ocean 2) - Likely gamebest Killer Move versus non best move.
Devour (Final Fantasy 8)  vs. Underpants Dance (Dragon Quest VIII) - Neither are great in game, so name points I guess.

Chain Saw (Final Fantasy 6)vs. Intrude (Wild  Arms 4)
Aether (Fire Emblem 9) vs. Blinding Blaze (Valkyrie Profile 2)
...into the nightfall.

Spellbinding Eye (Grandia 2) vs. Lionheart (Final Fantasy 8)
Screwdriver (Mana Khemia) vs. Ripper Blast (Star Ocean 2) - Honestly, Flay with a giant screwdriver should be more amusing, but, well...  it's not his best move, even by my standards.
Devour (Final Fantasy 8)  vs. Underpants Dance (Dragon Quest VIII) - I can agree with champ powered.

Chain Saw (Final Fantasy 6) vs. Intrude (Wild  Arms 4) - Effective but boring is yawn inducing.
Aether (Fire Emblem 9) vs. Blinding Blaze (Valkyrie Profile 2) - Stylish yet to the point so that it doesn't get tedious after the two dozenth time.  Hell, Aether is shorter than Binding Blaze with the skip selected, and it still has time to toss in a backflip on top.

Noting in case anyone's keeping track of that sort of thing that I can't vote on anything this round (without spending time on youtube again).
