Well, nothing outstanding about the newcomers, but nothing disappointing either...

For some reason, Stratego comes to mind here.  Still, even though Tana won the head-to-head, and thus the Pool, Zero's 3-1 record should hold... at least if things don't get too chaotic...

Well, because Edgar got promoted, we had to pick 1 Heavy Pool to short.  Pool #2 got the short straw.

Copying Super, making one change.

Geno (SMRPG) vs Marsilio (SO2)- Marsilio has a lowish 2HKO, so Geno Boost makes that into a 4HKO. Geno, I think, goes first, and though you could argue Marsilio doubling at some point... I'm not really sold. Three boosted Geno Flashes easily trashes Marsilio. Two might even do it, though I am kinda doubtful.

<EDIT=Tally Count> And just to make a brief report, (Full Report in Pool 4's post,) there were 5 Shutouts and 1 Tie.
