Godlike

Garm (Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume) vs Hrist Valkyrie (Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria) - Probably OHKOs.
Dr. Psyche (Mega Man X: Command Mission) vs Kuja (Final Fantasy IX) - Just overall better?  Kuja could probably win this if his healing didn't suck ass?
Brooklyn 'Bullet' Luckfield (Super Robot Taisen Series) vs Miguel (Chrono Cross) - I... think.
Giratina (Pokémon) vs Luther Lansfeld (Star Ocean: Till the End of Time) - Probably.

Heavy

Man, screw you CK.

Middle

Lockswell (Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume) vs Kresnik Ahtreide (Wild ARMs 4) - Mage vs. Kresnik.  Uh yeah.
Chie Satonaka (Persona 4) vs Rudy Roughknight (Wild ARMs) - Feels right.
Ilia Silvestri (Star Ocean: First Departure) vs Chester Barklight (Tales of Phantasia) - Uh.................
Slime (Dragon Quest V) vs Lich (Final Fantasy)

Light

Millie Chliette (Star Ocean: First Departure) vs Aeris Gainsborough (Final Fantasy VII) - Kneejerk.
Sanaki (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn) vs Tink (Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories) - Sanaki 2HKOs, let alone Tink.  Silence would be turn 2 to me but Sanaki has some evade pushing that down to turn 3 anyway, so even if she goes last she still has the better chance of winning.  And there's always Flare on top of that.
Labyrinthia Wordsworth (Wild ARMs XF) vs Lucied (Wild ARMs Series) - ...I don't want to think about this.
Vitali (Soul Nomad & The World Eaters) vs Olan Durai (Final Fantasy Tactics) - ...

Godlike

Dr. Psyche (Mega Man X: Command Mission) vs Kuja (Final Fantasy IX) - The durability difference, it burrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrns.
Brooklyn 'Bullet' Luckfield (Super Robot Taisen Series) vs Miguel (Chrono Cross) - Alert.

Heavy

Parry (Son) (Dragon Quest V) vs Auron (Final Fantasy X) - Parry is pretty disappointingly slow and he lacks deadly status. On the other hand, Lightning still 2HKOs Auron before Magic Break. But nah, it probably 5HKOs after it so I think he's safe.

Middle

Chie Satonaka (Persona 4) vs Rudy Roughknight (Wild ARMs) - EDIT: Wait, ACF Rudy deals enough damage for her to be unable to use God's Hand afterwards. If she goes for the Auto-Sukukaja armor, she may dodge fairly reasonably and end things, but she gets OHKOed. Yeah, don't think this is good enough, switching my vote. WA1o Rudy being horribly crushed by Chie still stands.
Ilia Silvestri (Star Ocean: First Departure) vs Chester Barklight (Tales of Phantasia) - I think she manages average damage in SO1o. Chester can't say the same.
Slime (Dragon Quest V) vs Lich (Final Fantasy) - I... think Slime scrapes the OHKO with that pesky weakness.

Light

Millie Chliette (Star Ocean: First Departure) vs Aeris Gainsborough (Final Fantasy VII) - Millie's damage is pretty trashy, but Aeris just can't kill things. She gets very slowly outhealed, and I think Millie can avoid a L3 with shenanigans at worst.
Vitali (Soul Nomad & The World Eaters) vs Olan Durai (Final Fantasy Tactics) - ck must die

Dr. Psyche (Mega Man X: Command Mission) vs Kuja (Final Fantasy IX)- Kuja blows.

Heavy

Bridget 'Rosie' Starks (Valkyria Chronicles) vs Ephraim (Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones)- Attack down machine gun bullets+Flamethrower. Ugly fight.

Middle

Chie Satonaka (Persona 4) vs Rudy Roughknight (Wild ARMs)- Poke me later in the week about this, Cmdr.

Light

Labyrinthia Wordsworth (Wild ARMs XF) vs Lucied (Wild ARMs Series)- Labby is that bad.
Vitali (Soul Nomad & The World Eaters) vs Olan Durai (Final Fantasy Tactics)- Good question.

Godlike

Garm (Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume) vs Hrist Valkyrie (Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria)- Hmm, depends on the kick rate of Garm's Soul Strike, but my gut reaction definetely says Garm thanks to counter danger.
Dr. Psyche (Mega Man X: Command Mission) vs Kuja (Final Fantasy IX)- I'm not even looking this up, but it's Kuja in Godlike.

Middle

Lockswell (Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume) vs Kresnik Ahtreide (Wild ARMs 4)- Would lose without any way to regenerate MP though. Although...I don't think either one can actually kill each other.
Chie Satonaka (Persona 4) vs Rudy Roughknight (Wild ARMs)
Ilia Silvestri (Star Ocean: First Departure) vs Chester Barklight (Tales of Phantasia)

Light
Millie Chliette (Star Ocean: First Departure) vs Aeris Gainsborough (Final Fantasy VII)
Labyrinthia Wordsworth (Wild ARMs XF) vs Lucied (Wild ARMs Series)

Dr. Psyche (Mega Man X: Command Mission) vs Kuja (Final Fantasy IX) - It's Kuja.
Giratina (Pokémon) vs Luther Lansfeld (Star Ocean: Till the End of Time) - kneejerk

Heavy

Parry (Son) (Dragon Quest V) vs Auron (Final Fantasy X) - Yeah, Magic Break
Caeda (Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon) vs Ultros (Final Fantasy VI) - Unless Ultros has ITE attacks, I think FE3 Sheeda, at least, takes this. Haven't played FEDS yet, so if we're limited to that form only, discount this vote.

Middle

Ilia Silvestri (Star Ocean: First Departure) vs Chester Barklight (Tales of Phantasia) - I give ARPG Archers initiative for being ranged. After the first round, this might reverse, though. I can't remember if Ilia was particularly speedy, or if Chester was really slow at close range... Still, I'm thinking their damage is comparable, both 3HKO and Chester goes first is my kneejerk.
Slime (Dragon Quest V) vs Lich (Final Fantasy)

Light

Millie Chliette (Star Ocean: First Departure) vs Aeris Gainsborough (Final Fantasy VII)
Sanaki (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn) vs Tink (Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories)
Labyrinthia Wordsworth (Wild ARMs XF) vs Lucied (Wild ARMs Series)
Vitali (Soul Nomad & The World Eaters) vs Olan Durai (Final Fantasy Tactics) - Galaxy Stop's 'Don't Move' status really screws over Vitali's chances of rushing for his Limit, which is just healing+buffing anyway. What basically occurs here is a buffing war of epic proportions. Olan's busy buffing his PA by 1, while Vitali is using his limited shots of insane DEF/RES stackable N1 buffs. Vitali's damage is only slightly better than Olan's, but Olan will be tinking against even one of Vitali's buffs. Without movement, Vitali gets his heal/buff limit on turn... 5? I think. His buffs only last 3 turns, so Olan can get a decent hit on turn 4 before the insane buffing starts again... I think I can break this down. Vitali has a 5HKO against average. Olan has a 5.5HKO against average. Olan obviously goes first.

Olan - Galaxy Stop (whiffs)
Vitali - Full move + Corpus Grace (50% DEF buff)
Olan - Galaxy Stop (success!)
Vitali - Can't move, so can't burn through any Stamina.
Olan - He can attack, but it would just trigger a counter and probably do practically no damage against the DEF buff. Uses Accumulate.
Vitali - Still nothing.
Olan - Accumulate.
Vitali - Yep.
Olan - Accumulate. (Guessing he has a 4HKO by here)
Vitali - Stat buff wears off. Vitali casts the RES buff to waste Stamina.
Olan - Accumulate. He could actually attack here, but Vitali's going to want to use his healing either way here, so it's better for Olan to buff.
Vitali - Casts his shot of Restore Life (FullHealing) to waste Stamina.
Olan - Physical Attack finally!
Vitali  (75%) - Can finally use his Limit. Physical attack + Fullhealing/70% stackable DEF buffs
Olan  (80%) - Can't deal damage against Vitali's DEF, uses Accumulate!
Vitali (100%) - Physical staffwhack
Olan (60%) - Accumulate again. Can probably deal damage against Vitali's buffs here!
Vitali - Physical Staffwhack
Olan (40%) - Physical!
Vitali  (60%) - (Buffs wear off) Physical + Blockade (Fullheal + 70% DEF/RES)
Olan (20%) - Physical anyway!
Vitali (60%) - Physical attack.
Olan dies.

If Galaxy Stop hits on the first casting, then Vitali might be in more trouble.
Olan - Galaxy Stop
Olan - 3 turns of Physical damage.
Vitali (46%) - Corpus Grace
Olan - Physical
Vitali - Fullheal.

Actually, the counters might have killed Olan at this point.

Argh. No one cares anyway. I'm done with this. Vitali wins.

Caeda (Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon) vs Ultros (Final Fantasy VI) - *sigh*

Middle

Chie Satonaka (Persona 4) vs Rudy Roughknight (Wild ARMs) - This one is tough, holding Rudy to his WA1o form means he loses this. But... I allow the ACF form, which... Yeah.
Ilia Silvestri (Star Ocean: First Departure) vs Chester Barklight (Tales of Phantasia)
Slime (Dragon Quest V) vs Lich (Final Fantasy) - You can be so cute CK :V

Um.

Vitali's defense is BELOW AVERAGE EVEN WITH THE BUFF.  Olan isn't tinking on that, since he doesn't even tink against average...

Tentacle is ITE. I'm not sure why it matters, FE3 evade is only speed+luck so she's not getting the sort of high evade that modern Peg Knights manage.

Quote
Caeda (Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon) vs Ultros (Final Fantasy VI) - The only thing that has a chance against FESD Caeda is bow attack. Sorry, Ulty.

Um... what? Caeda has bad HP and only about 25% effective evade. Remember, the raw evade stat is only half that of FE6-10 (speed+luck/2 instead of speed*2+luck) and AFIAK it still uses the double RN system where hit rates above 50% are higher than the raw number would indicate. It is literally impossible to get a high enough evade to be reliable in FE11.

Godlike

Dr. Psyche (Mega Man X: Command Mission) vs Kuja (Final Fantasy IX): Kneejerk.  Thinking Flare Star gets around the gimmick.
Giratina (Pokémon) vs Luther Lansfeld (Star Ocean: Till the End of Time): Luther relies on LASER BEAMS to hurt Gira.  Considering Gira's base durability...in either form...that's not going to cut it here.

Heavy

Parry (Son) (Dragon Quest V) vs Auron (Final Fantasy X): Magic Break, smite.
Shadow the Hedgehog (Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood) vs Queen Zeal (Chrono Trigger): No, I didn't really think this one out, I'm completely kneejerking it.  I'm just thinking Shadow CAN pull a blitz to get past her final stage, since he's really good at the speed thing, and good at the damage thing.

Middle

Ilia Silvestri (Star Ocean: First Departure) vs Chester Barklight (Tales of Phantasia): Vote based on ToPo, where Chester is a text book Light.  I'm pretty sure Iria in SO1 was better than that.
Slime (Dragon Quest V) vs Lich (Final Fantasy): Don't see Lich getting OHKOed, so Hold.

Light

Millie Chliette (Star Ocean: First Departure) vs Aeris Gainsborough (Final Fantasy VII): Healer vs. Limit Healer...then I remember Seal Evil and how after that, Millie is now Mint without Healing, which is infinitely worse than Aeris.
Sanaki (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn) vs Tink (Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories): Kneejerk.  Sanaki REALLY loves that Rudol Gem on that note.
Labyrinthia Wordsworth (Wild ARMs XF) vs Lucied (Wild ARMs Series): Yeah, Labyrinthia is really horrible in the DL.

Heavy

Parry (Son) (Dragon Quest V) vs Auron (Final Fantasy X)- Parry isnt slow. He goes first, which is enough to have him win. Plus, he can probably tank some Auron hits.
Caeda (Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon) vs Ultros (Final Fantasy VI)- Ultros doesnt have a horse or armor.

Garm (Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume) vs Hrist Valkyrie (Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria) - Way too much CotP >_>  I've seen them all, but not much.  Still, Hrist wins.
Dr. Psyche (Mega Man X: Command Mission) vs Kuja (Final Fantasy IX) - Kuja.  Healing.  As a note, set damage still gets hit by Psyche's reduction, IIRC - Ninetails gets reduced.
Brooklyn 'Bullet' Luckfield (Super Robot Taisen Series) vs Miguel (Chrono Cross) - Miguel.
Giratina (Pokémon) vs Luther Lansfeld (Star Ocean: Till the End of Time) - Luther.

Heavy

Parry (Son) (Dragon Quest V) vs Auron (Final Fantasy X) - Auron.  FSG Auron here.
Shadow the Hedgehog (Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood) vs Queen Zeal (Chrono Trigger) - Zeal.
Bridget 'Rosie' Starks (Valkyria Chronicles) vs Ephraim (Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones) - ...bleh.  Eph.
Caeda (Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon) vs Ultros (Final Fantasy VI) - Ultros.

Middle

Lockswell (Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume) vs Kresnik Ahtreide (Wild ARMs 4) - Kresnik.
Chie Satonaka (Persona 4) vs Rudy Roughknight (Wild ARMs) - Chie.
Ilia Silvestri (Star Ocean: First Departure) vs Chester Barklight (Tales of Phantasia) - Chester.  Need to do SO1o topic >_>  Iria I remember faring not amazingly in terms DL-wise - Chester's remake forms...should be enough?  Both are so similar, but Chester is long range >_>
Slime (Dragon Quest V) vs Lich (Final Fantasy) - Lich.

Light

Millie Chliette (Star Ocean: First Departure) vs Aeris Gainsborough (Final Fantasy VII) - Milly.
Sanaki (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn) vs Tink (Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories) - Sanaki.
Labyrinthia Wordsworth (Wild ARMs XF) vs Lucied (Wild ARMs Series) - Lucied.

What can Eph do about getting his attack murdered Rosie's status bullets? Flame thrower easily outslugs him past that point.

Godlike

Garm (Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume) vs Hrist Valkyrie (Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria)- kneejerk.
Dr. Psyche (Mega Man X: Command Mission) vs Kuja (Final Fantasy IX)
Brooklyn 'Bullet' Luckfield (Super Robot Taisen Series) vs Miguel (Chrono Cross)
Giratina (Pokémon) vs Luther Lansfeld (Star Ocean: Till the End of Time)

Heavy

Parry (Son) (Dragon Quest V) vs Auron (Final Fantasy X)-  I guess.
Shadow the Hedgehog (Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood) vs Queen Zeal (Chrono Trigger)- No vote.
Bridget 'Rosie' Starks (Valkyria Chronicles) vs Ephraim (Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones)- No vote.
Caeda (Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon) vs Ultros (Final Fantasy VI)- Brain fart.

Middle

Lockswell (Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume) vs Kresnik Ahtreide (Wild ARMs 4)- Dah, didn't realize he had the MP charge.
Chie Satonaka (Persona 4) vs Rudy Roughknight (Wild ARMs)
Ilia Silvestri (Star Ocean: First Departure) vs Chester Barklight (Tales of Phantasia)- Kneejerking her as faster, otherwise fairly similar.
Slime (Dragon Quest V) vs Lich (Final Fantasy)

Light

Millie Chliette (Star Ocean: First Departure) vs Aeris Gainsborough (Final Fantasy VII)- Hum.  Dhyer has Millie winning with no explaination... I can only assume this is because she blocks silence.
Sanaki (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn) vs Tink (Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories)
Labyrinthia Wordsworth (Wild ARMs XF) vs Lucied (Wild ARMs Series)
Vitali (Soul Nomad & The World Eaters) vs Olan Durai (Final Fantasy Tactics)- Hum.  Looking at Djinn's notes, then accounting for my own interps...

Dr. Psyche
Miguel - Was going to vote for Bullet, then remembered Miguel tends to doubleact weak moves right before his real damage.
Giratina - Ghost.

Lucied.
