Was expected to go far but was shockingly beaten by Nel in a move that trumps Ayu > Mai/Sayuri/Shiori for wtfness.

Anywho, it would seem that...

Riviera has defeated Nel with a total of 16 - 9, and is this years Queen of Hotness in the DL.

I'm sorry that I am not awesome like Mia and can't really make a cool victory pic for her in celebration of this.

Riviera winning is pretty cool as far as I'm concerned. Not many people in this tourney I'd have voted over her--though Melvina would've been one of them. Finalist Nel was definitely surprising, but there were a lot of wonky matches here. Cecilia getting as far as she did was the most WTF-inspiring part of it. I was baffled at that entire run. She's just so average. Granted, she also faced a number of mediocre contenders. Will of Hatbot at work, maybe.
