Luis Virgil vs Xenobia - 3HKOs at worst, may 2HKO, isn't 5HKOed or whatever.
Luis Virgil vs Elc - Rob Mind is just useless here and Elc doesn't even OHKO the first form without fancy shenanigans. Given how Virgil is faster by a decent margin on the second form (Elc's average after the first turn), he wins with Stop once it kicks in. Although judicious Invincible use could tilt this, but Elc has issues even damaging Virgil without spending a lot of MP and he's fucked if he's not under Invincible...

Raquel Applegate vs Xenobia - Um yeah, Raquel's parasitic healing just doesn't work terribly well against that defense and she's not 3HKOing Xenobia.
Raquel vs Elc - Very much in his element here.

Xenobia vs Elc - Similar kneejerk here. Don't see Xenobia as even having MP, which means Elc runs out of resources long before Xenobia runs out of HP.

Ryu vs Elc(AtLC): This actually deserves some though, since Elc can wall his better stuff (i.e. the stuff that is expensive) with Invincible L1... the really cheap one, and Ryu 3's cheap dragons over-right his status blocking/armor and so are vulnerable to Mind Buster. That said I kinda kneejerk Tiamat as able to hold out long enough, although I suppose I could be wrong.

Virgil vs Raquel: Tough luck for Raquel here.
Virgil vs Xenobia: More of a boss slugger.
Virgil vs Elc: Elc thanks whatever god he believes in that he can coast past the first form and spear the second.

Raquel vs Xenobia: I guess if NEB swings this way I will too... Though honestly I'm not sure.

Elc believes in the God of the Fire Tribe, who somewhat resembles Agni. Though his faith wavers from time to time due to the horrors he's witnessed as a child. It probably helps that he can actually utilize the Spirit of Fire innately.
