Zophar (Lunar:EBC) vs Mewtwo (PKMN)- Fate Storm.
Citan Uzuki (XG) vs Yuri Volte Hyuga (SHs)- Durability boost from his SH2 fusions should prevent a 2HKO fairly easily, and Citan can't tripleturn Yuri.

Heavy:

Zero (MMXCM) vs Jerin (Lufia 1)- Limit fighters smash Jerin.
Serge (CC) vs Asellus (Saga)- Serge very likely goes first and he 2HKOs easily, Mystic Change doesn't do shit against this kind of offense. I don't allow mystic magic so no tricks there, she can't win with damage... or can she? Deflect is like a 25% chance of evasion and should slow down Serge's offense- she should 2HKO pretty easily herself, and just has to survive Serge's second turn to win.

Middle:

Flay Gunnar (MK) vs Beatrice (WA3)- Edit: Works for me.
Gijimu (S2) vs Nash Rumack (Lunar:SSSC)- Status.

Light:

Garet (GS) vs Frank Goldfinger (SH3)- Garet's not a light. Status or some nasty form of damage should own Frank.
Mia Ausa (Lunar:SSSC) vs Locke Cole (FF6)- Locke's Valiant Knife damage is better than I thought.

She's a human swordsman, that is a fairly slow build in the DL. My kneejerk is that it's a bit below average, and Serge basically just loses average speed tiebreaks.

Citan Uzuki (XG) vs Yuri Volte Hyuga (SHs) - This is my "wow, Yuri's resources freaking suck" vote. He could try something cute with Czernobog MP draining, but that's getting him overwhelmed fast.

Zero (MMXCM) vs Jerin (Lufia 1) - lol healer vs. zero
Serge (CC) vs Asellus (Saga) - Asellus may well go first (both are below average by a bit, I think), and that makes the match not worth thinking about. She probably wins to me even if she doesn't, because she's lapping Serge after Mystic Change and I give her Mystic skills - i.e. at worst she can heal. So yeah.

Middle:

Flay Gunnar (MK) vs Beatrice (WA3) - Yubana Cover, blistering offense, the works.
Gijimu (S2) vs Nash Rumack (Lunar:SSSC) - Statues.

Light:

Mia Ausa (Lunar:SSSC) vs Locke Cole (FF6) - 3HKOs first with the ITD. Go away, Locke.

Flay Gunnar (MK) vs Beatrice (WA3): Sleep blocker? I guess. Aroma Materials are no go but I'm pretty sure the game had a specific sleep blocker, and Flay has enough oomph to beat durable bosses in a slugfest.
Gijimu (S2) vs Nash Rumack (Lunar:SSSC): Champ, it seems!

Light:

Mia Ausa (Lunar:SSSC) vs Locke Cole (FF6): Annnd 3/3 for not agreeing with Super on Locke votes! Locke easily 3HKOs, he'll probably do something like 2200 + 3100 + 4000 = killing Mia. Valiant Knife is cool like that.

Zero vs Jerin. Yeah. Black Command Art OHKOs her on Turn 2, and Berserk Protect Force Metal reduces Jerin's Confusion chance to Turn 4, which is way too late. (FTR, Status Immuning FMs are not storebought nor can be refined from stroebought materials. Status halving FMs, on the other hand, are storebought.)

Ironically, Jerin would've been one of the few (if not the only) PC that Reno's Pyramid couldn't be used against. Mirror can do a lot. It just can't block a sword to the face.

I have played it, but at the time of my post I wasn't really sure on the numbers and couldn't look it up to find out. I just wanted to see if anyone knew offhand.

I'm curious as to how Serge gets around Asellus with Glass Shield?

I mean, technically, Serge can't use any skills without physically attacking at close range. All Asellus has to do is cast Glass Shield and Serge starts cutting himself on it. Asellus reapplies liberally.

She may not even need Mystic Change...

Glass shield cancels full combos in game IIRC, I'd see it stopping everything. Don't think I give Asellus mystic magic though.

For anyone who's played LSS or can vote on it. (It's a little late to matter much now, I know)

As I first thought. SS Mia wins this with Spillter. She gets 60% healing and does about 13% kill damage from it. (50% and 10.6% base, without Locke's MDef)

If he opts for the Wing Edge and the 20% ID. Mia still 4HKO's him with Byebye Air.
