It's gotta be Nergal now that I bothered to look up his Fire Emblem wikia page. For some reason I remembered him as a "hot" villain rather than a "cold" one (I WILL HAVE MY REVENGE RARGH), but the featured quote is a ramble about "The pain of others, I do not feel" so I guess 1 fits after all. And Morph luck FTW.

Limstella is emotionless about 99% of the time, and disdains her own emotions the other 1%.

2. For that matter, so are statistical maximums.
Limstella's stats break the normal maximums on HP, Defence, and Resistance for a Sage.

3. If I could kill our enemies this effortlessly, we'd probably have won.
She effortlessly ganks Lloyd/Linus and Ursula, but is just another boss when you face her.

4. Well, maybe not. My enemies certainly kill my allies effortlessly. Just our luck.
FIRE EMBLEM 7 ENEMIES. Also, morphs have no luck, haha it is funny.

Props to Snowfire for thinking along the right track the whole time (he IMed me about his thoughts on his guesses), would probably have gotten it with a better memory for FE7.
