Yep... 5th place was decided by DL Rating.  Not really fair, especially since Zappa and Amy tied in their common match leading to this mess.  Of course, this shall come with a penalty, one which I admittedly should've applied to Lyon in FIT 51 Heavy, but things turned out well in the end there, so...

Basically, since Zappa's presence in the Playoffs is due to FIT Tiebreaker, he is subject to the "Possession Arrow" for this round; that is, if he and his opponent tie this round, his opponent advances, but then becomes subject to the "Possession Arrow".

And, after a whole bunch of swapping around to prevent same-pool meetings in the Quarterfinals, this is what came out:
