His accuracy will allow him to overcome the vaunted fire emblem evade with a perfect success rate, while his own evade blunts the effects of Nephenee's counters. He'll be saving his swallow rune for late in this fight to get around the one thing that could give Nephenee a fighting chance: Wrath. Without the threat of wrath or killers giving Nehpenee a lucky crit, Richard's in perfect shape to prove to Mueller that he's worth slightly more than dog shit.
