Mistress Maxine takes her whip to the busty barmaid! At least, that’s what the commercials will advertise to try to draw in the ratings. In reality, Maxine will instead be relying on the might of her Cyclone Rune. With several attacks spells, the unfriendly ubermage should hopefully have something in her arsenal that should let her chip around Tifa’s dangerous limits, leaving the freedom fighter with only her paltry unboosted physical. A physical that doesn’t even scare a Suikoden mage no less! Chalk up another win for the Suikoden Wind Rune users on their multi-divisional rampage!
