Pikachu vs Innes - Not taking Monster weakness into account. Innes needs a OHKO here since Lightball Pika I think 2HKOs him. Fact that Pika also avoids counters is generally not good for him

Pikachu vs Serra - Ohgodwhy. OKAY. So analysis for Super because he's Super:
This is idly a match of epic proportions. First, what gen are we taking Pika? Gen 1 Pika probably loses because he has no Light Ball. Gen 2-4 are in much better shape. Without crunching numbers, I kneejerk Pika wanting to go DT before going offensive. Every time he attacks, Serra gets counters, and even if its Serra damage, it adds up due to Pika durability. If Pika effectively manages to set up DT, he has a good chance since now he can safely dodge counters (and attacks!) without worry. Straight up blitz seems unfavourable for Pika to me since he's eating counters 100% of the time and Serra can take a few Thunderbolts thanks to Serra Res. Likely, Pika probably wants to go T Wave/Agility to get a larger speed gap going, before using DT a few times (3 maybe), then go offense once he has some dodge in there. Tentative Pika vote anyway - Snow/NEB need to number crunch this.
Innes vs Peppor - I think Peppor's best damage move was like 3/4HKO or something (ThundaStorm?). He coul go melee to dodge counters, but then Innes would too so its moot. Definitely not seeing Peppor survive 4 Innes hits. Don't recall him being anywhere that durable. And 3HKO still risks eating a Killer crit.
Innes vs Shiho - Crits eventually and ends the world.
Innes vs Serra - I...think. Assuming neither double each other, Serra is going to be getting twice as many hit on Innes than Innes himself. Killer might speed up her death, but Serra has good Luck, and reverse side of things is that Serra's weapons also have a small amount of added crit too
Peppor vs Shiho - Not even Peppor is so bad to need 8 turns to kill Shiho here >_>
Peppor vs Serra - Idly. Gate confirms that Peppor had a physical tech here which IIRC were ITE in CC. Sooooooooo!
Shiho vs Serra - ...WhatisthisIdon'teven. Serra doesn't care about getting doubled, equips something like Divine with added crit and also eventually ends the world.
