Godlike:
1. Lady (SH3) - The top echelon belongs to smash. Lady's cannoning is one of the scariest things in the DL, and she even has solid durability, speed -and- an auto-dispel to crush the hopes of silly buffers all around the world. Oh, and she overkills both defenses. Just because she can.
2. Jenna Angel (DDS) - Bhairava smash a lot of stuff. Woohoo HP buffers. On the other hand, being purely physical and evadable isn't that cool.
3. False Althena (Lunar:EBC) - And that's where the top-tier stops. False Althena in EBO is pretty durable, fast and the status/MP-busting game is crazy good (Confuse? Paralysis? All of them accurate? That's good stuff, especially since she doesn't OHKO average MP from my memory). And then, you realize she has a strong 2HKO off non-elemental magic. Yeah, respectable package.
*Plummet.*
4. Dhaos (ToP) - The spoiling is very nasty. Overkill physical damage or non-elemental magic him or die. Of course, doesn't save him from the Cecilias of the world, given the lacking pressure game for Godlike, but so much spoiling.
5. Patriarch (XS2) - I... guess? I have troubles pinning down exactly how well Patriarch pans out, given his lacking offense without Boost and the physical vulnerability - well, and getting single-handedly owned by Mist Dragon. On the other hand, the status is good, the speed ain't bad and the HP's kinda godly once you factor in the HP buffer. Also think a single boost gauge is enough for him to manage a KO to average, so he isn't that poorly off for long-term offense. Yay airing targets.
6. Berle (SO2) - The offense doesn't ever impress me. Evadable 4HKO physical just kinda sucks even in Light, let alone in Godlike. ON THE OTHER HAND, the barrier is good. I don't let him keep it up indefinitely, but it works well off the speed.
7. Deis (BoFs) - Um, wow, Deis doesn't look that bad in this pool. Non-elemental magical 2HKO just works (remember her Comet spell? She uses -that- when BoltX gets resisted) off that speed along with elemental resistances and solid durability.
8. Rashidi (OB) - Frail as hell. He's a lot like a WA4 boss, although less frail (not by much). The offense's brutal off the speed, but in Godlike he's often getting eaten out.
9. Cyril (SO2) - Um, high 2HKO that's unevadable I guess? And elemental resistances? Gets him above the lowest end.
10. Riou (S2) - One of the strongest one-shots around. Too bad about the elemental wallability and zero status resistance measures besides modest MDef and evade.
11. Emily (S3) - Smash is cool, but it's of the wrong type. Emily also doesn't like the mage-heavy nature of the division.
12. Albedo (XSs) - Trash. Limit PC-killing off Adachi-level HP and little in the way of relevant damage type spoiling just doesn't work in Godlike. And to think this form is better than XS2's in the DL.
Rest later, I guess.
Heavy (a.k.a. JESUS FUCKING CHRIST):
1. Barbarossa (VP1) - Yeah, feel like I have no reason to disallow Calamity Blast spamming. The durability ain't that great, sure, and the wallability is problematic, but that's a lot of overkill.
2. Lassic (PS4) - Another strong slugger. Lack of fatal status and OHKO damage is a bitch, but the offense and durability work.
3. Daos (Lufia 2) - A weird spin on Lassic that has a lot less physical durability. Not as good, but still very strong. Also, so wrong.
4. Velna (LoL2) -
5. Kanon (WA2) - Yeeeeeeeah. ITE near-OHKO damage off that speed? The PC-level durability doesn't really hurt that much.
6. Berserk (WA1) - Kanon with actual OHKO damage, but less speed and a painful weakness to Thunder. The elemental resistances help.
7. Athos (FE7) - Stat god with parasitic healing, ITD damage and near-magic immunity? Sure.
8. Fei Fong Wong (XG) - OHKO damage and XG blockers! But it's evadable and elementally wallable. Man, it's scary when well over half the pool borders on Godlike.
9. Wugui (SH1) - Immune ID and have decent physicals or die! That's not that hard to fulfill, but the spoiling game's still effective.
10. Edge Eblan (FF4) - Speed+physical spoiling of sort+status is pretty okay.
11. Serge (CC) - Not really that impressed. Lawfer-like, but Lawfer has better stats and equipment.
12. Alicia (VP2) - Not bad, but no cream of the crop. The healing game is solid off VP2 equips and blockers, but she has no pressure.
13. Adel (FF8) - Now she kinda sucks. Frail, slow and only 2HKOs to me. That's not great Heavy material, and honestly she sorta reminds me of Nergal, only without the part where Dark immunity makes her completely fail.
Middle:
1. Guy (FE7) - The typical FE package. Evade, speed, criticals as a topping... he just works.
2. Nanaki (FF7) - Sure, I'll buy the hype.
3. Nelis (S5) - Excellent magical slugging off good magical durability, subpar but not painful physical durability, brilliant equipment and solid speed. Seriously, Nelis heal-locks with her physical and has plenty of forms to 2HKO - heck, Final Flame is like 90% PC HP. If you don't wall fire, that damage's to be feared. Of course, fire walling is a concern, but she's more than able to spoil elemental reliance herself.
4. Bruiser Khang (ToD) - ITE, insanely spammable high 2HKO off solid stats = Heavy? Sure. Worse than Nelis in practice to due to his best damage being more wallable than theirs (Lightning = worst DL element to have, and he can't make it non-elemental by switching weapons: it's a property of Ballistic's), and they have S5 equip madness while ToD equips are complete lol. She's also faster. Ignoring evade almost makes up for that, though. And I guess he 3HKOs when Thunder's walled, while Nelis has a mighty 6HKO or something.
5. Killey (S5) - Nelis trading a wee bit more damage, better equips and a lot of pdur for... better speed and a 3HKO physical. Feels like it's a losing trade, but still a good package that fears many of the same things.
6. Hippopressor (MMXCM) - Hey, that's a lot of spoiling. Weird guy, but he does well.
7. Rudy Roughknight (WA1) - I allow ACF! Which... actually helps, but not that much and this is a strong pool. Near-OHKO that turns into OHKO once you have some FP is pretty cool. He's rather slow in his big damage turns, though, and the durability isn't awesome. Feels a lot like... Clive, really.
8. Hero (Lufia 1) - He... heals and hits things off solid stats. Um okay.
9. Gruga (AtLC) - I guess. Invincible is solid, but his resources are just -too- limited for him to use it well at all. He fears healers with decent defense buffs with all his might, and also fears healers who 3HKO him - which isn't terribly hard with that mdur.
10. Kraken (FF1) - Low 2HKO off good pdur and middling speed. Okay.
11. Argilla (DDS) - Yeah, the physical durability just really sucks. Argilla wishes she had turn one status - as is, she's more of a mage spoiler than anything else.
12. Vesper (SO2) - Eeeeeeeeeeeeew.
