Which Fighter would have the best chance to win a match and which is the most fail?  (You may answer this 2-parter in list format) - Best? Uhh... Razzly comes to mind as someone that I actually used in CC, so maybe her Magic was notable? Peppor might have status immunity, so he might be up there? He might also be 0.5HKO-bait,  we don't have numbers on them IIRC... CC scrubs are all pretty forgettable. ...uhh... Riddel's pretty good if you allow innate-color elements!

Neo-Fio has the uh...most interesting quirk. One shot of draining damage! Which is a lot worse if you see the CC techs have that painful recharges. Assuming Sneff is the worst, since he's a bit slow and has the worse overall attack stats here.
