Blonde haired leaders are no match for Justin! It's time for New Parm's greatest hero to show the world the truth of this fact. Jowy may have a super cool Black Sword rune, but nothing as strong as Justin's Spirit Sword backed physicals! Justin is also as tough as an old shoe, thanks to years of abuse- erm, training- at the hands of Lilly the Skull.  This girly man from the Highlands is more known for fainting at the drop of a hat. Well, Justin's got a cool hat, and he is going to drop more than that on Jowy's head when he crushes him with a couple of uses of Thunder Cut!
