Ferham (Mega Man X: Command Mission) vs Nyarlathotep (Persona 2: Eternal Punishment)- Gut reaction. Ferham has more speed (although 90 speed Nyarly ain't too shabby there), but Nyarly has about double the starting damage and is quite durable (although both are solid there).

Heavy

Sazh Katzroy (Final Fantasy XIII) vs Grunzford (Sould Nomad & The World Eaters)- Seeing Grunzford having a way to counter LR stuff when using a buff/healing makes this pretty easy, although he likely takes it without? Sazh's magic is probably 3HKO borderline, which isn't quite cutting through Grunz's monster HP enough, and Haste/Faith buffing means Grunzford is getting a free turn to get in damage without any bad typing.

Middle

Lieselotte (Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume) vs Tifa Lockheart (Final Fantasy VII)- Liese can't avoid the limit

Light

Penelo (Final Fantasy Series) vs Ronyx Kenni (Star Ocean: First Departure)- 2HKO versus Penelo's 4-5HKOish physical.

Lady (Shadow Hearts: From the New World) vs Archibald Grimes (Super Robot Taisen Original Generation 2) - Pretty damn sure. But then again I have very little respect for Archie all things considered.

Penelo (Final Fantasy Series) vs Ronyx Kenni (Star Ocean: First Departure) - FFTA2 Penelo statuses him out and slugs him down most likely, FFXII probably loses unless you're really leinient or something weird Iunno, no clue on RW.

Ferham (Mega Man X: Command Mission) vs Nyarlathotep (Persona 2: Eternal Punishment) - Nyarlathotep.  Chaos Element at worst ignores any resistances Ferham has, and the offensive backing with Shadow Kill is plenty.  Helps with having 2 forms to tank some of the Ferham's damage, and since most of his stuff is likely long-range...
