Joe's durability will allow him to endure whatever nonsensical balls this woman might fling at him, and his healing, top-notch as always, will keep him fighting fit with enviable ease! And when she begins to flag, it'll be one! Two! Three strikes and she's out! And perhaps one more for good measure, just to keep appearances up and all. Yes, the Emperor of the Universe will be triumphant once again - this half-bit villain won't be even a roadblock to him.
