Everyone who wants it probably has it already, but this is too good to leave unmentioned: Tales of Monkey Island for $5.

(Though...  I still have the remake of Secret of Monkey Island 1 to play first, really.  I only played MI's 3 and 4 before, actually - Curse and Escape.)

It said 5 full episodes? So it's not the game? (Never played it, just heard of it, so I wouldn't know).

It's an episodic game. Each chapter was released a month apart, as episode 1, 2, 3, etc. Five episodes makes up the entire story.

Damnit, if this was on Steam I'd buy it, but I don't actually want to download to my work computer; it'll end up getting wiped.

You can re-download from Telltale as much as you want. Plus they send you a DVD for the cost of shipping.

So I bought these.  Having not played any other MI games though, I'm tempted to let them sit and pick up the remakes of MI1 and 2 before playing through them.  Opinions?

Edit: The alternative, to be clear, is to play these now and buy the remakes in a few months or so.
