Godlike:

3-Yuna (FFX) vs Emelious de Pamela (G3)- ITE physical.
Charlton Blunt (XF) vs TimeLord (Saga)- Charlton's not remotely close to surviving an Overdrive.
Emily (S3) vs Lamington (Disgaea)- Lamington eats fighters like Emily for breakfast.
Seymour (FFX) vs 2-Sephiroth (FF7)- The closest match of the week for Godlike, which says something. Seph still goes fist and 2HKOs.

Heavy:-

4-Clarissa Arwin (XF) vs Hawk (SD3)
Arnaud G. Vasquez (WA4) vs Culgan (S2)- Culgan HP.
Chie Satonaka (Pers4) vs Adel (FF8)- Chie being faster tips it.
Hojo (FF7) vs 2-Levin Brenton (XF)- Hojo everything.

Middle:

4-White Wizard (FF1) vs Sialeeds (S5)- Completely shuts down Sialeeds's offense.
Vaynard (Brig) vs Blanca (SH2)- Vaynard 2HKOs! Which doesn't do him any good here.
Janice (CC) vs Blastoise (PKMN)- Janice blows unless she gets her 'unique' prism weapon scaled against stone weapons. Fuck that.
Virginia Maxwell (WA3) vs 2-Myau (PS1)- Pretty sure Help improved accuracy.

Light:

Aguro (Lufia 1) vs Mallow (SMRPG)- Aguro hates healers he can't OHKO.
Millie (S2) vs Pikachu (PKMN)- Goes first and isn't OHKOed.
Melody Vilente (WA3) vs 2-Oulan (S2)- No clue.

Godlike:

3-Yuna (FFX) vs Emelious de Pamela (G3): I know firsthand from my challenge playthrough that Spirit Wail is just way too good, too fast, here.
Emily (S3) vs Lamington (Disgaea): Accuracy saves him.
Seymour (FFX) vs 2-Sephiroth (FF7): I guess Seymour avoids a OHKO, maybe. Doesn't matter anyway!

Heavy:

4-Clarissa Arwin (XF) vs Hawk (SD3): Sacrifice one-shots him fairly easily, and doesn't have to.
Arnaud G. Vasquez (WA4) vs Culgan (S2): Culgan probably needs a third round to kill Arnaud, so... Slow Down and blitz works fine.
Hojo (FF7) vs 2-Levin Brenton (XF): Hojo in Heavy.

Middle:

4-White Wizard (FF1) vs Sialeeds (S5): Wall is a nice element/status spoiler. Sialeeds' physical fails too much to put on any pressure here. Not a total slaughter because of all the Healing Winds Sialeeds has, but I imagine the full clip of Invis2 just prevents her from landing any real permanent offence, to the point where even lower-level cure spells keep up with what Sialeeds does.
Vaynard (Brig) vs Blanca (SH2): Blanca is a good Middle when he can't be stalled out.
Janice (CC) vs Blastoise (PKMN): Janice being red just hoses her here, 25% weakness and getting your best moves walled sucks.

Light:

4-Dahna (G3) vs Emma Hetfield (ACF): Dunno.
Millie (S2) vs Pikachu (PKMN): Uh sure why not.
Melody Vilente (WA3) vs 2-Oulan (S2): Oulan is getting at most three turns, which kills average but barrier certainly prevents that. Three scanners and three turns of poison (60% HP damage right there).

Erwin Schrödinger will kill you like a cat in a box.
Maybe.

Godlike:

3-Yuna (FFX) vs Emelious de Pamela (G3)- Not sure exactly how fast his stuff comes out turn 1, but sounds like someone might!
Charlton Blunt (XF) vs TimeLord (Saga)- Yeah, not too close here
Emily (S3) vs Lamington (Disgaea)
Seymour (FFX) vs 2-Sephiroth (FF7)- I'd think Seymour might take this with full Quadracast allowed.

Heavy:

4-Clarissa Arwin (XF) vs Hawk (SD3)
Arnaud G. Vasquez (WA4) vs Culgan (S2)- Culgan HP, yep.
Chie Satonaka (Pers4) vs Adel (FF8)
Hojo (FF7) vs 2-Levin Brenton (XF)

Middle:

4-White Wizard (FF1) vs Sialeeds (S5)
Vaynard (Brig) vs Blanca (SH2)- Vaynard not gettting those counters make this easy to me
Janice (CC) vs Blastoise (PKMN)
Virginia Maxwell (WA3) vs 2-Myau (PS1)- If Help is ITE, it's a winner here. Help->OHKO is pretty clear.

Light:

4-Dahna (G3) vs Emma Hetfield (ACF)- Okay, so, Dahna can Silence Emma on turn 2 (And item casts are not fast, but still probably faster than Emma). At point...but, ACF has some status resist! 30%...was that a straight cut off the base accuracy. If so...an extra turn...dunno. Gut reaction is Dahna. Probably going half SP means...even with Judge Cards, Critical+skill that gives her decent damage is a solid finish against Emma...Math later maybe...
Aguro (Lufia 1) vs Mallow (SMRPG)
Millie (S2) vs Pikachu (PKMN)- Wow, you have a command rune and you can't OHKO Pikachu?
Melody Vilente (WA3) vs 2-Oulan (S2)- Yeah, without the Poison in the game, this might tip the other way.

In fairness to Millie, I think she either just misses or just gets the OHKO if you scale Pikachu the way the stat topic does. I don't, so he gets a bit of a cushion there.

Godlike:

Seymour (FFX) vs 2-Sephiroth (FF7): 2HKOs, isn't 2HKOed. Wall only reduces it to a 3HKO which would only be enough if Sephiroth got a doubleturn and I don't respect FF7 speed enough to see that.

Heavy:

Chie Satonaka (Pers4) vs Adel (FF8): Just more respect.

Middle:

4-White Wizard (FF1) vs Sialeeds (S5): heh. PC Sialeeds... heh. no. S5 boss vs someone who doesn't completely suck, then.
Vaynard (Brig) vs Blanca (SH2): Easy win if Vaynard 2HKOs, since Blanca was barely above average speed and only had below average magic damage as his offense. I think if nothing else the threat of a crit allows that 2HKO.

Light:

Millie (S2) vs Pikachu (PKMN)
Melody Vilente (WA3) vs 2-Oulan (S2)

440 damage to my kill point of 1400 actually isn't even that close to OHKOing Pikachu (Like...32% damage vs his 35% Pdur. Well, close, but when low bar and she's not even borderline on it for me).

Godlike:

Seymour (FFX) vs Sephiroth (FF7) - Eh, gut kneejerk.

Heavy:

Arnaud G. Vasquez (WA4) vs Culgan (S2) - I can buy this pretty easily.
Hojo (FF7) vs Levin Brenton (XF) - Uh.  Who does Hojo actually beat?

Middle:

Vaynard (Brig) vs Blanca (SH2) - I'm probably the only one ever that allows Blanca ID4 and whatever else.
Janice (CC) vs Blastoise (PKMN) - Elemental spoiling is probably enough here.

Light:

Aguro (Lufia 1) vs Mallow (SMRPG) - ...Dunno.  What's Aguro's damage damage like to Mallow?
Millie (S2) vs Pikachu (PKMN) - Faster status?  I dunno.
Melody Vilente (WA3) vs 2-Oulan (S2) - This match makes my brain hurt.

Godlike:

Seymour (FFX) vs Sephiroth (FF7) - People seem to forget Seymour has other boss forms. Flux can dispel and cross cleave all in one turn through Mortiorchis which puts enough of a dent in Sephiroth. Sephy attacks back but its pointless as Seymour can just flare his ass. Unless cross cleave and dispel have a hp trigger which I don't think they do as it seems to me its just his AI liking to use LOA for the first couple of turns.

Heavy:

Chie Satonaka (Pers4) vs Adel (FF8)
Hojo (FF7) vs Levin Brenton (XF) You all forget Hojo can go all WEISS! on Levin to completly negate his tricks. Hell he can if you push it go OMEGA WEISS ON THE KIDS ASS AND DROP A OMEGA METEOR TO OMEGALY MAKE LEVIN A OMEGA PANCAKE ON THE EVER SO OMEGA GROUND OF OMEGANESS! LEVIN CANNOT MATCH HOJO'S OMEGA POWERS OVER THE OMEGA FORCE OF NATURE THAT IS OMEGA. LEVIN MAY HAVE A OMEGA BRAND WATCH BUT HE DOES NOT HAVE THE TIMELESS POWER OF OMEGA! LEVIN MAY USE THE OMEGA TRAVEL GROUP TO TRAVEL BUT HE CANNOT MATCH THE SPEED THAT OMEGA CAN MOVE AT, OMEGA SPEED! LEVIN MAY DRIVE A VAUXHALL OMEGA BUT IT IS ALL FOR NOUGHT AS THAT CAR ONLY HAS A FRACTION OF OMEGA'S POWER OF THE OMEGA FORCE OF OMEGANESS! LEVIN MAY RUN THE WEBSITE OMEGA DRIVERS BUT HE CANNOT DRIVE OMEGA!.

SO IN CONCLUSION! OMEGA WINS! What its just Hojo from FF7? A shame.

Middle:

White Wizard (FF1) vs Sialeeds (S5)
Virginia Maxwell (WA3) vs 2-Myau (PS1) - hahahahahahahahahah

Godlike:

Seymour (FFX) vs 2-Sephiroth (FF7) - I was leaning Seymour anyways, but Flux IS pretty awesome as well. Flare + Cross Cleave isn't much less damage than quad-magic, which a few people don't even allow, it's 70000 HP much earlier than Omnis (though without the disgusting defenses), and it's only 2 points less speed when you have only about 3/4 of endgame stats.

Assuming the FF Wikia is correct on the speed, of course, though FFX is pretty well documented AFAIK.

Dispel is the icing on the cake of course.

This is, of course, assuming you allow multipart bosses the actions of all parts; Omnis is better here otherwise.

Seymour Flux has quite a few HP restrictions on his moves; in particular, Flare is below half HP only. If you see Cross Cleave + Lance of Atrophy (which shouldn't one-shot average at that point, I'd think, but your mileage with HP may vary) outslugging Seph then that's fair enough.

Erwin Schrödinger will kill you like a cat in a box.

Hm, yeah, figured... but the extra HP, good M Def, and the fact that he gets a turn with Flare if Seph DOES 2HKO because he'll be pushing it and can't work around the limit means that Seymour Flux doesn't have too much trouble to me.
