There was a cookie clause last time, all of those who voted for the usuper to win instead of me were left heartbroken and cookieless.  It's a traumatic memory for all involved.

I am somewhat more ok with a cookie clause here, but that's because I am very able to enforce it for the only participant I care about it being enforced for.

The rule passes, everyone wins. I think next time we need a different mechanic introduced from the start to keep things interesting from the get-go. But for now, congrats, good game, all that.
