Shield evasion does throw a crimp into Ras's offense as well.

40% evasion gives her almost 2 PC PDur. He cuts physicals 83%. PC HP would give him 5 Pdur (Which is notably higher than what I see), so don't see why he needs that much. He needs 5 attacks, meaning that she only gets 4 to kill. She does 1.6 PC HP in that time. He just needs a bit higher than .3 PC HP for that.
