Arc (AtLC) vs Melfice (G2): If Arc blocks the status, he may be able to tank it out via healing... He can't do much magic damage under Invincible. But Melfice will be doubling on occassion. My gut feeling is Arc would need to block status and have his MP regen accessory, which means no Armor so WSS would 2HKO, making the fight a heal-lock. So Melfice wins. Edit: Oh, Weak Enemy probably affects Melfice...Eh. The need to heal and reapply it probably ends up being too much, since he still DOES have to block status and regen MP.

Heavy:

Berle (SO2) vs False Althena (Lunar:EBC): Berle halves lightning so he actually has more damage in practice here, but speed/durability may tilt this the other way? I'll look at it later. EDIT: Yeah, he takes her down in three invincibility chains, and she can't kill him before then due to lightning halving.

Heavy:

Geno (SMRPG) vs Alex (Lunar:SSSC): This would be an interesting fight without Whirl. I think there's a decent chance Geno would manage anyway, but not certain by any means. As is, well.
Shadow (FF6) vs Moltres (Pokemon): Faster so gets a turn before Agility/Firespin, and from there I think he'll make Fire spin miss once before it kills him. Thrown Ice Brands ensure he 2HKOs despite Moltres HP being pretty good.
Nel (SO3) vs Wren (PS4): Way deeper resources, can afford to take twice as many turns to threaten a heal lock if needed.

Middle:

Musashi (SF1) vs Robo (CT): Get out.
Dominia (XG) vs Kid (CC): According to Dhyer's notes Dominia should be like 180% speed, but IIRC Dhyer didn't know how XG speed worked at the time, so I'll trust the mechanics guide which would make her 145%. No 3-2, Kid 2HKOs her, only question is does Dominia 2HKO first. Some check of the CC stat topic says... she only manages 49% to Kid. Close!
Tiamat (FF1) vs Delita (FFT): Delita has 142% mdur, does 54% to average. Tiamat has 172% pdur, does 44% to average. So both 4HKO each other. Tiamat just does so a bit faster.

Light:

Tai Ho (Suikos) vs Renault (FE7): Renault sucks.
Lorenta (VP1) vs Estella (S3): Lorenta halves fire which makes this interesting. Kinda.
Rohde (SF2) vs Gryz (PS4): UM.
Joker (S3) vs Roger (SO3): Dunno.

I would have just been going on practical effect and assuming speed was linear.

Arc (AtLC) vs Melfice (G2) - Weak Enemy does nothing in practice to Melfice's speed, which pretty much sinks Arc, not to mention he can't really stave off the status without Invincible. Since Arc pdur is kinda eh, there's the risk Melfice 2HKOs him -through- WE, which is just horrible.

Heavy:

Geno (SMRPG) vs Alex Noah (Lunar:SSSC) - He whirls you round right baby right round.
Vesper (SO2) vs Poo (EB) - Vesper 2HKOs Poo's resources at worst but risks getting outslugged that way because Poo gets two castings of Starstorm before getting PP'd out in that case and I think even EB physicals can manage a 4HKO. ON THE OTHER HAND, if he lands stone turn two, he's in the clear. Of course, my kneejerk is... um yeah. If Vesper OHKOs Poo's PP, though (possible, his PP is -shit-), the match turns itself around. Or... jesus christ, Poo needs the Sword of Kings to even have a chance to finish the 4HKO. fuck.dat. EDIT: Vesper OHKOs Poo's PP even assuming average MP in SO2 is a hundred points higher than what Tonfa assumed AND you factor Jeff's 0 PP in the PP averages. The end, Poo outslugs nothing ever with 80 EB damage physicals even if he opened with a Starstorm before getting drained.
Shadow (FF6) vs Moltres (Pokemon) - Faster and shenanigans.
Nel Zelpher (SO3) vs Wren (PS4) - Way too much in the way of resources. Elemental Leather means Wren loses even the Burst Rockets heal-lock threat (and he's not really threatening a lock with Flare either), and Nel has 120 shots of healing or something equally inane. This is more healing than Wren has shots of pretty much -everything combined-. Outstalling Nel is a losing proposition unless your healing is infinite.

Middle:

Musashi (SF1) vs Robo (CT) - OUT.
Dominia (XG) vs Kid (CC) - 2HKOs, isn't 2HKOed back? Sure.
Tiamat (FF1) vs Delita Hyral (FFT) - *Calc calc calc.* Tiamat is 1.28x pdur to me effectively. This puts the slugfest in Delita's favor (4HKOed, goes last, but 3HKOs back anyway).

Light:

Roger's MP damage is among the worst, but taken against an average of MP damage maximum HP damage, it's not so horrid. Gutting that he manages to kill the second Explosion to me, but can see it going the other way without more solid SO 3 numbers.
