I definitely don't think one should allow that, it's something the entire fighter cast can use AND not storebought in normal stores.

I'd be fine with voting on fusions or whatever (edit: that is to say I don't personally intend to, but it's a cool and very valid thing to do), but someone needs to make averages for that. Not sure how Sten would end up in practice.
