uggghhh this is a slugfest.

Vaporeon/Espeon combo seems nearly unbeatable with Espeon OHKOing everything and Vappy feeding it wishes, but the rest of Andy's team is pretty deadweight, and Gengar and Toxicroak are things that can do things.  I think it really might come down to the actual coinflips on Confuse Ray'd Espeon.  That or both teams hide their important things (Gengar and Espeon) in the back, and then... does poison team actually get there first?  I think it might.  But then does it matter, since Gengar HAS to come out immediately or Espeon mops up everything?

I'm really not sure.  Maybe poison team doesn't even get there, Umbreon and Glaceon are no slouches defensively.  Or Toxicroak comes out, and what does the other team do? 

This is REALLY close.  Maybe the closest match we'll see all tournament because of the lines of play and Confuse Ray centering.
I think... I THINK I'll give it to Team Neph "Poizn" rite.  I think it just has slightly more threats and options and better matchups, even though realistically, it all comes down to what happens on the Gengar vs Espeon speed tie.  I could go either way and might rethink this if I figure out more scenarios with the choice eevees.  Good match.

Welp. So Gengar OHKOs Espeon with Shadow Ball and Espeon OHKOs him with Psychic, the OHKOs are guaranteed, both have exactly the same speed, both don't have EVs or natures listed that affect speed.

Gengar is out first, though, and Umbreon can tag him with Confuse Ray and/or Pursuit... but it still doesn't really matter with how utterly 50/50 the most important engagement is. I do tend to agree with Alex's assessment that poison team seems better suited for slugfesting removing those two entries out of their way, though.

Toss another vote for Neph in, though I would like to see Andy weigh in on what he thinks of this (HINT HINT Andy)
