Stats
Stats were taken at level 90. I actually finished around level 80, the last spell is learned at 82, but I felt like going up to level 90.

Ac=Total Defense, Mag effects the magic damage you do, Luck and Guts likely affect Criticals and Critical Defenses.

On the note of crits, I assumed that crits for a regular attack/KMs were the same on a weapon (although I noticed that Dias critted a lot more on a regular attack than with KMs). I might test more later.  

Elements
In addition to the standard elements, there is also Star, Void, and Vacuum. I personally see the first two as non-elemental, and the second is basically draining damage, as 2 of the 3 spells are draining, and I don’t think any enemies have energy arrow (while some enemies have the other spells).
Wa=Water, Fi=Fire, Wi=Wind, Et=Earth, Th=Thunder, Vc=Vacuum, Li=Light, Dk=Dark

PA Items
Both Claude and Rena can get PA items given to them via PA. I personally allow them to have items that are given to them in unique PAs. The items they can get are
Claude: General’s Ring (AC +10%)/Rena: Aqua, Emerald, or First Earring (Choice of One), Meteorite

Status Protection
The following is the status protection that is in the game. They all take up one accessory slot of two.
Poison Check/Stone Check/Paralysis Check
Silver Cross- Halves status chances, 1 Avd, Halve Light and Vacuum, Double from Fire.
Silver Ring- Blocks ID. Metalsmith item. Figure it’s not unreasonable at all, considering that Silver is bought extremely early.
Wisdom Ring- 70% Status Resistance. Metalsmith item (Requires Sage's Stones)

Motormouth:
Just to note, the seconds in parantheses next to mage spell times is the motormouth activated speed. It activated 50% at Level 10 if you allow that.

CHARGE TIMES
Ok, obviously I’ve reformatted everything with timing in order to get this. Now, just to note that my listings are actually 6 times longer than something takes in game. Also, all spells have a 6 Second Recharge Time.

Stun Times
This is mostly relevant on Claude’s physical and on the Counter Effect on the Standard Shield Users Shield. Both sent out Stars/Fireballs which tie up the enemies for a few seconds. I see this as about a 0.25 little delay effect (Also, generally hurts evasion against the next attack a bit and may lead to higher stun rates. That I need to check).

Recharge Times (IMO)
3 Second Physicals & Bowman’s Pills: 1.5
4 Second Physicals (For Celine): 1.4
5 Seconds (Dragon Howl): 1.25
6 Seconds Barrier: 1.25
7-9 Seconds: Average Recharge Time
10 Seconds (Alpha on One): .95
12 Seconds (Whirlwind): .9
15 Seconds (Rising Dragon): .8
19 Seconds (Mirror Slice): .7
22/23 Seconds (Sakura Attack, Sword Dance): 0.6

Charge Times (MM=Motormouth)
9 Seconds- No Charge Time. This comes out really, really fast.
11 Seconds (MM 15)- 0.04
12 Seconds- 0.07 Charge Time. Still fairly fast, a bit of delay.
14 Seconds (MM 22/23)- 0.14
15 Seconds- 0.17
18 Seconds  (MM 30)- 0.275
19 Seconds- 0.3
23 Seconds- 0.45. This is where some of the charge times start getting pretty bad.
24 Second Area- 0.5
30 Seconds- 0.75.

Healing Tech Notes
I don’t really consider any charge times. They all essentially fall 0 charge time area. Well, this is only relevant for Opera and Claude’s.

Initiative
I consider some Long Range moves to have some initiative since these moves will be striking before the majority of other SO 2 techs. These are Claude’s Ripper Blast, Opera’s Alpha on One, and Ernest’s Broken Heart. Don’t know how much a boost I see, maybe 10-15%. It does reflect that these moves can essentially strike first without endangering the PC.

I guess there is the matter of Berserk Rings. I personally don't consider them against boss stuff (Only 3 people make it, and with all the stuff, its too much an FaQ bait to me). If you allow it, Fighter damage doubles (except for Dias- who doesn't change and Ashton-who gets a smaller boost).

This average is fairly constant for the 6. Also to note, average ATT around this time is about 1800.

MARSILIO
150,000 HP
600 Defense (Due to SO 2's system, this about halves physicals compared to randoms, as SO 2 multiplies defense numbers by 50%).

Running Speed: Above PC. Not fantastic. Unfortunately, only started really paying attention to this with Shigeo.

Initial Slay: 1530 Damage; Very Hard to Avoid
Cruelly Rush: 1020+2040 (3x Multiplier, not 2.5x) Damage

15% Crit Rate

Eval: Solid boss. Low 2HKO Damage, and good (IMO) HP, defense, and resists.

SHIGEO

550 Defense (Reduces Physical about 45%)
Running Speed: Fast as hell. Maybe 2x PC. On the other hand, since he has a tendency to go in circles, and do nothing, this ends up about 125% PC Speed to me.

Long Range Ball: 820 Damage, 25% Stone, Slightly Suspectible to Parry/Block (My characters blocked about 15% of the time)
Throw: 820 Damage, 15% Stun Rate, 5% Stone Rate, Unblockable
Infringement: 820 Damage, Major Hitting Issues

20% Crit Rate

Just to note, he can very rarely use Throw twice in a row (Use it once, then use it on the same PC while they're still in the air). I don't give it much credit (Maybe...OPB).

Evaluation: Defenses are solid, damage is atrocious. Has major issues when Stone is blocked.

BERLE
170, 000 HP
550 Defense (Cuts Physical by about 45%)
Halves all elements but Darkness (Ice/Water, Light, Dark, Fire, Vacuum, Wind, Thunder, and Earth)
Speed: Above PC, but below Hasted PC. Between 110-120%

Attack: 1020 Damage
Meta-Cancellation: 2040 Damage in 2 Hits
Meta-Guard: Puts up a shield of Invincibility. Just to note, I've seen him squeeze in 4 attacks during an MG period. I go with 3 in the DL.

20% Crit Rate

Eval: Defensive Godlike with relatively bad damage. HP, defense, and resists, along with Meta-Guard hopefully keep him afloat.

THE TRIO
PC HP is now about 5800

NICOLAS
45,500 HP, 150 MP
700 Defense (Cuts Physicals by about 58%; Only thing he has going for him)
Takes Double from Dark, Fire, and Earth.
Running Speed: Atrocious. Worse than Delayed PCs. I'd say maybe 50% of the PCs...except with his issues acting (he likes to run around in circles), I'd put him at maybe 30% speed.

Noah- 1600 Water Damage (Think previous tests had Anti on, as it did 800 against Anti characters to me).
Double Hands Beams- 320 Damage (80x4), Maybe 15% Stone/Paralysis/Poison Rate
Large Eye Beam- Assy Damage; When you're close, inflicts Stone about 60% of the time. But note that he'll never bother to get close to you, dropping this down to 15 or 20%.
Delay- Slows enemy. But they're still faster than him. Worthless.

Eval: Trash. Even giving him HP credit for being part of a trio, this is cancelled out by being weak to Earth (LR Ripper Blast). Damage is crap, status is crap. Speed makes the damage and status look good.

RUPRECHT

Running Speed: Average. Likes to teleport though, which helps a lot.

Eval: Pretty bad. 7HKO damage, and a maybe 6/7HKO MP Drain.

JIBRIL

Running Speed:...Hard to say. He mainly teleports.

Divine Wave Clone: 4000. (500x8). Ok, here's where the controversy is going to be. This about 4000 damage if all the hits hit. I've seen up to 6 hits blocked, but far more often, I saw the targetted character get smacked around pretty badly. Just to note, to teleports very close to the target right before using it. If you're unlucky, he can unleash another while you're in the grip of the first. Take it as you will.
Thunderstorm: 1300 Thunder Damage
Devour: 40% (It went 65% pre-blocking, and 40% after blocking was considered). Note that he teleports right next to a PC before using this.

Eval: Well, he's either a low Middle or decent Heavy depending on how you see his damage. Devour also definetely has it's uses, but could certainly be more reliable.

Overall, a low Godlike, a decent Heavy, a status-whoring Middle, a Light, a Puny, and a headache.

Elfboy asked me to note this: Reflective Mail blocks silence and delay. It's a Magical Rasp item, useable by the KM users besides Ernest. Noel can also use it.
