Canas (vs. Peter)
« on: March 21, 2008, 09:15:33 PM »
The gentle scholar Canas has gone through a long road, filled with great challenges and unexpected fights. His last fight, however, shall be a feat to remember: the might of his dark magicks will go against a legendary phoenix, a being well-known for its godlike might. And, for the druid's surprise, he is the one with an edge here - Peter, while effectively immortal, cannot take advantage of his reviving powers in a duel, and his own offense gets mostly neutered by Canas' Nosferatu counters. And the phoenix, unable to keep himself healed, will simply be whittled down by the dark spells under Canas' control. While this may seem quite the strange fight, the result is rather straight-forward: with the parasitic healing of Nosferatu to keep his edge for the whole fight, Canas has this in the bag. And his efforts will be richly rewarded: that Middle belt is just within reach.

The gentle scholar Canas face one last fight that shall be a feat to remember: the might of his dark magics will go against a legendary phoenix, a being well-known for its own strength. And, to the druid's surprise, he is the one with an edge here - Peter, while effectively immortal, cannot take advantage of his resurrection in a one-on-one duel, and his own offense will be his downfall, as every strike will be followed by Canas healing himself with Nosferatu. In time the phoenix, unable to keep himself healed, will simply be whittled down to nothing. A strange fight, but the result is rather straight-forward: with the parasitic healing of Nosferatu to keep his edge, Canas has this in the bag. And his efforts will be richly rewarded: that Middle belt is just within reach.
