Wain (Lufia 3) vs Alena (DQ4)- Heal till Octo strike. Alena has no damage control.
Wain vs Ashnard (FE9)- Heal till Octo strike. Wain is good at slugging.
Wain vs Tristan (OB)- Heal till Octo Strike, which won't take long against Tristan offense.
Wain vs Sabin (FF6)- See the previous matches.
Wain vs Toadstool (SMRPG)->_< So SMRPG sleep only lasts three turns? Mmm. Toadstool can't really ever let Wain get a turn, not sure she can pull that off. Abstain for now.
Wain vs Galam (SF2)- Don't think Galam can one round.
Wain vs Marle (CT)- Haste, heal, stop. It worksk.
Wain vs Natalia (TotA)- See above.
Wain vs Yang (FF4)- Locks down. Yang is very good against people who don't immune sleep.
Wain vs Flare (S4)-Can't lock down Wain long enough with sleep.
Wain vs Albert (LoD)- Albert is just sad versus healers.
Wain vs Anastasia (SH2)- Status. Ana goes first to boot.

Esuna (7th Saga) vs Alena (DQ4)- Esuna's evasion helps some, but not nearly enough.
Esuna vs Ashnard (FE9)- This... this is ugly. Esuna opens up with a defense buff. I think her MP gives out before she evades enough of Ashnard's physicals, and that Ashnard 2HKOs through Defense 1. Definitely open for arguments there.  E: Sure, Blizzard 2 works for me.
Esuna vs Tristan (OB)- Is faster, won't miss and puts on a ton of pressure. Tristan might just OHKO, Esuna is real bad against physicals.
Esuna vs Sabin (FF6)- Faster, thus Vacuum lands before Sabin can blitz her out.
Esuna vs Toadstool (SMRPG)- Status.
Esuna vs Galam (SF2)- Kneejerk. SF bosses do bad things to healers.
Esuna vs Marle (CT)- Mdef makes Vacuum suck and Marle's MP reserves are much better.
Esuna vs Natalia (TotA)- Vacuum.
Esuna vs Yang (FF4)- Esuna needs Yang to miss the opening status and to nail Vacuum turn one. Not likely.
Esuna vs Flare (S4)- Unless Flare's status is way better than I remember.
Esuna vs Albert (LoD)- Albert Mdef strikes.
Esuna vs Anastasia (SH2)- Euthanasia is not what Esuna needs. If she misses Paralysis or petrify, she is still silenced and can't 2HKO due to Ana's ice resistance.

Wain: 8-3
Esuna: 5-7

Chrom (FE13) vs Alena (DQ4) - Chrom does not like being doubled.
Chrom vs Ashnard (FE9) - Uh, DLC Ashnard is a Wyvern Rider, he's on a Dragon in-game.  I'm saying that Exalted Falchion is hitting a weakness here.
Chrom vs Tristan (OB) - FE counters vs. OB characters are a good place to start, but Chrom's doubled again.
Chrom vs Sabin (FF6) - According to Elf's topic, Chrom actually has below-average HP.  Not a good place to be vs. an ITD 2HKO.
Chrom vs Marle (CT) - Uhhhhhhhh I dunno.  Provoke makes physicals suck, but I wouldn't see it turning off Aether chances, and the ITD Aether blast will hurt even if Chrom's damage is normally like 2.  So it's something like Provoke -> Heal -> Haste -> Doubled Siren shots hoping for Stop, but Marle might not survive Chrom's opening attack, and if she does, she might not survive the Provoke'd attack afterward.  Yeah no.  And...  wait a sec, she's getting doubled anyway by Chrom, why was I wasting my time thinking about this.
Chrom vs Natalia (TotA) - Natalia's stalling tricks don't help here.
Chrom vs Yang (FF4) - Yang nukes his damage like crazy to avoid counters, and loses if he smashes into them.  I guess there's status hype?  But meh.
Chrom vs Albert (LoD) - Chrom is doubling with the Exalted Falchion.  Brutal.
Chrom vs Anastasia (SH2) - Anastasia gets 1 Euthanasia off...  but with pretty decent chances of just killing Chrom with it.  Coinflip, whatever.

5-3-1

Chrom (FE13) vs Alena (DQ4) - kaboom
Chrom vs Ashnard (FE9) - Sure, even though his own dragon typage is only used for determining weight in-game, FE bosses do not tend to care for recieving large, single hits.  On the other hand, FE9 weakness is only 2x Mt and that's not enough, defender's definition of weakness, clearly more important for what they actually take to me.
Chrom vs Sabin (FF6) - Both 2HKO each other, Sabin does it first.
Chrom vs Toadstool (SMRPG)
Chrom vs Galam (SF2)
Chrom vs Marle (CT) - Marle physical durability is just so horrible.
Chrom vs Yang (FF4) - FF4a.
Chrom vs Albert (LoD) - Chrom faces WTD and Exhalted Falchion's bonus would only kick in against Albert if he transforms but this still isn't enough.
Chrom vs Anastasia (SH2) - Euthanasia kneejerk

Wain (Lufia 3) vs Alena (DQ4) - Eh probably.
Wain vs Ashnard (FE9)
Wain vs Sabin (FF6)
Wain vs Toadstool (SMRPG)
Wain vs Galam (SF2)
Wain vs Marle (CT) - Haste, apply stop lockdown
Wain vs Yang (FF4) - apply lockdown
Wain vs Albert (LoD) - Better slugger.
Wain vs Anastasia (SH2) - Euthanasia

Esuna (7th Saga) vs Alena (DQ4) - kneejerk
Esuna vs Ashnard (FE9) - I am willing to say she 2HKOs with her MT damage and is likely to dodge a swing.  Defense 1 buys her that much.  yolostrats.
Esuna vs Sabin (FF6)
Esuna vs Toadstool (SMRPG)
Esuna vs Galam (SF2) - probably
Esuna vs Marle (CT)
Esuna vs Yang (FF4)
Esuna vs Albert (LoD) - Albert.
Esuna vs Anastasia (SH2) - eh sure

Chrom (FE13) vs Alena (DQ4): I was about to look up and check if Alena doubles Chrom by my views, then realised it doesn't matter since Alena will 2-round even if she doesn't and isn't 2-rounded back.
Chrom vs Ashnard (FE9): He's fast enough to not be doubled, and Exalted Falchion will 2HKO. Ashnard 2HKOs back, so neither wants to attack, but in situations like this I make the dumb boss attack first. Needs Falchion to be taken as 3x might to me, but I do this.
Chrom vs Sabin (FF6): Faster, ITD/ITE 2HKO.
Chrom vs Toadstool (SMRPG): Sleepy Time. Chrom has all sorts of problems with this fight even before that.
Chrom vs Galam (SF2): Better threat range means he gets three turns before Chrom's second, and he isn't failing to 3HKO. Hell, Galam probably 2HKOs, Chrom mdur kinda bad.
Chrom vs Marle (CT): Not doubled to me, she's not that slow. Haste/heal/provoke wrecks from there.
Chrom vs Natalia (TotA): Assuming TotA uses an average multiplier of 2, Natalia is tanky enough to not be 2HKOed. Her best hope is thus to be faster and 3HKO first... except she doesn't 3HKO. Uhh okay so she wants to heal instead. Not buying her doubleturning with healing, so she'll need to do attack, attack, heal, attack, attack. If Chrom activates Aether first turn or right after a heal, she just heals since she isn't OHKOed. If he activates heal after Natalia attacks, he kills, but he only gets two shots at that. Three if he's seen going first (but eh, Natalia's probably faster, due to fast ranged damage). That's not really enough for me.
Chrom vs Yang (FF4): Yang's faster and sleep is turn 2, while Chrom only 3HKOs. Of course, Yang triggers counters, so every missed sleep is two Chrom attacks. Chrom's durable enough (and Yang undamaging enough) that he should wake up and get another swing in at some point in the fight.
Chrom vs Flare (S4): Kills with Funeral Wind, take hit, sleep, heal, Shredding, attack. Though hmm. Combined chance of SOMETHING missing there is reasonably high... but unless that one sleep misses it's not too big a deal, because she can make up for a miss elsewhere by repeating the cycle (and hoping it hits this time). Chrom could Aether in there (which probably OHKOs, Flare kinda fragile), but Funeral Wind could also ID. Kneejerk is she takes it but this is very close.
Chrom vs Albert (LoD): Albert is... baarely doubled by Chrom to me. Yikes. Anyway this means he two-rounds and has counters, ugly.
Chrom vs Anastasia (SH2): Euthanasia. Even Chrom's evade doesn't drop this below a 2/3 chance of either paralysis or petrify.

Chrom 3-8

Maybe.

Wain (Lufia 3) vs Alena (DQ4): Heal till Octo-Strike.
Wain vs Ashnard (FE9): Same as above? Ashnard's crit rate wasn't really a big problem.
Wain vs Tristan (OB)
Wain vs Sabin (FF6): He's going to KO before a Sabin double.
Wain vs Toadstool (SMRPG)
Wain vs Galam (SF2): Wain doesn't OHKO and doesn't get the IP from the first attacks. Does KO on round 2 or 3 though.
Wain vs Marle (CT): Haste/healing/status.
Wain vs Natalia (TotA): Octostrike > Noble Roar.
Wain vs Yang (FF4): Sleep or confuse?
Wain vs Flare (S4): Zzz
Wain vs Albert (LoD): Healing and Octostrike.
Wain vs Anastasia (SH2): Euthenasia

Wain (Lufia 3) vs Alena (DQ4)
Wain vs Ashnard (FE9)
Wain vs Tristan (OB)
Wain vs Sabin (FF6)
Wain vs Toadstool (SMRPG)
Wain vs Marle (CT)
Wain vs Natalia (TotA)
Wain vs Yang (FF4)
Wain vs Flare (S4)- Suikoden sleep tends to be cancelled on taking damage, so it's often a free healing turn. Not helping here
Wain vs Albert (LoD)
Wain vs Anastasia (SH2)

Wain 7-4 (Evil to outslug, not good against status)

Did you mean to vote on Galam's match Dhyer? Your count is 7-4 without his match.

Chrom (FE13) vs Tsarovna Alena (DQ4) - Yup.
Chrom vs Ashnard (FE9) - Sure, burping Elfboy.
Chrom vs Pheryx Tristan Xenobia (OB) - I'll buy Tristan being able to withstand a counter storm. He two-rounds and, in addition to the base tankiness, has so much evade.
Chrom vs Sabin Rene Figaro (FF6) - 2HKOs first.
Chrom vs Princess Toadstool (SMRPG) - Sleepy Time spells doom.
Chrom vs King Galam (SF2) - 2HKOs, likely.
Chrom vs Nadia "Marle" Guardia (CT) - I'll assume she doesn't get doubled, yeah. Of course, if she does, this gets hilariously ugly.
Chrom vs Natalia Luzu-Kimlasca Lanvaldear (TotA) - Burp.
Chrom vs Yang Fabul (FF4) - Sigh, FF4a.
Chrom vs Flare (S4) - Burp mk. III.
Chrom vs Albert Serdio (LoD) - Chrom doubles, seriously? Chippershred.
Chrom vs Anastasia Romanov (SH2) - Euthanasia blues.

2-10. Chrom really isn't a Heavy, all things said.

Esuna Busy (7th Saga) vs Tsarovna Alena (DQ4) - Esuna gets two-rounded at base (and is essentially forced to heal any time a hit connects, since Alena 3HKOs her) and folds to a single, evade-ignoring, critical. Her best bet, since she eats a 4-3, is to just YOLO and attempt a status blitz, but my kneejerk is that this is just -way- too risky. Trying to stall for time leads to horrible things, since see the 4-3 above.
Esuna Busy vs Ashnard (FE9) - Defense 1 => heal until a dodge, pelt, then finish it off. Esuna 2HKOing Ashnard makes this fairly easy.
Esuna Busy vs Pheryx Tristan Xenobia (OB) - I'm pretty sure he one-rounds Esuna before Protect, and he's faster -and- very accurate. This ain't working.
Esuna Busy vs Sabin Rene Figaro (FF6) - Absolutely no respect for Sabin being faster and he doesn't OHKO (65% damage to her 84% HP). So, she just 2HKOs his ass or IDs, Sabin's got no Ice resistance.
Esuna Busy vs Princess Toadstool (SMRPG) - Oh. Huh. This is an interesting match. Given Toadstool's status hitting SMRPG's concept of evade and how good Esuna's status resist is, I'm inclined to buy her status as being turn three, and Toadstool own above average mdef isn't good enough to reduce Esuna's ID to turn three itself. Soooo. If Esuna's faster, this gets easier, though this is arguable.
Esuna Busy vs King Galam (SF2) - Galam gets elem resists like most lategame ShF2 bosses, right? This should at least stave off a 2HKO, and he's easily one-rounding Esuna before Defense. Heck, -after- Defense, crits/doubles are still a huge risk, ShF2 bosses certainly aren't slouches in that damage instability regard.
Esuna Busy vs Nadia "Marle" Guardia (CT) - See Toadstool. Esuna definitely goes first, casts Power, defends and OHKOs. Marle status isn't going to be turn two with the combo of evade and MDef.
Esuna Busy vs Natalia Luzu-Kimlasca Lanvaldear (TotA) - Natalia could grab a possible win via stalling for an Overlimit! Too bad she eats ID instead and 3HKOs Esuna at base -before evasion-. Natalia isn't even that good at MDef, PDef is her real stat.
Esuna Busy vs Yang Fabul (FF4) - Against borderline coinflip evade, Yang's sleep isn't turn one. Against Yang's epic MDef, Esuna's Vaccuum is turn always.
Esuna Busy vs Flare (S4) - Flare is faster, but she struggles mightily to make damage stick, especially when Esuna 2HKOs her (Flare's below average mdur thanks to the HP). A single Ice 2 forces her to heal and Esuna has a lot more charges of Ice 2 than Flare has Healing Winds, and I haven't even began mentioning Esuna status. And, of course, Wind of Sleep is crazy risky with Esuna evade+MDef in play. Funeral Wind is utterly useless.
Esuna Busy vs Albert Serdio (LoD) - 2HKOs, isn't OHKOed, the works.
Esuna Busy vs Anastasia Romanov (SH2) - Anastasia immuning both Esuna's money status moves for minimal stat hits means she needs to blitz this out... which is kinda out of the question with Ana's Water/Ice resist. Euthanasia's odds of landing a deadly status here are just too high even if you see Esuna evading that move, and I don't.

7-4. On the other hand, Esuna -is- a Heavy. The status spoiling is just so awesome (and it definitely got mileage in this pool!) in addition to the skillset insanity. One of those days, I'd also like to see Valsu on another Heavy/Godlike Proving Grounds pool, since he trades a little bit of damage for even better options and superior durability, keeping the status spoiling intact - and -that's- a Godlike-level combination.
