Dark Souls is a solo action game; it is not rankable. It'd be like ranking Super Metroid or Ocarina of Time, only with less playership.

She 2HKOs (maybe, but that stage is fucking hard so I would definitely argue not 3HKO) and is 3HKOed, has a one-turn invisibility phase when she is hit, but her accuracy could use some work. And SMB3 has to fare pretty well in voting numbers.

While the Souls hype is amusing(Ornstein forever) it's just infeasible in practice.  Just giving some thought to work out durability, you'd need like five playthroughs to get "fair" comparisons between the different attack types.  One-hand melee, two-hand melee, magic, miracles, pyromancy smooshed together to form an average and even that is completely artificial ways to scale things.  Not to mention should the optional bosses be counted for leveling purposes?  When should who and what be done.  A mage-pyro class can get a 40% boost to their damage without killing a single boss, but for the life of one NPC(and a hell of a lot o grinding) +15 weapons can be gotten before any bosses as well.
