Vexacion finally comes up against that which he's familiar with: A dragon! Having slaughtered many of that kind, Vexacion has absolutely nothing to fear from this foe. A few Quint Wakes here, Absolute Defense there, and Vexacion will win this fight. Ok, Bloodbane might be a different kind of dragon than Vexacion is use to, but why does that matter? A dragon is still a dragon, and to the regent, its just another standard procedure.
