Web Host Situation

As some people have noticed, the forums have been acting screwy lately.  This is an issue with our host, and while we have lessened the effect, it has not gone away completely.

As such, there is a real argument to migrate to another host.  What are people's opinions on this?  And does anyone have suggestions on good hosts?

Let's migrate to another host.  I'm a fan of bringing the forums back to mostly public, if for no other reason than that web crawlers can find the content and thus make searching it easier, or letting non-registered accounts see stat topics (I've definitely linked stat topics here to others before for reference).

No good suggestions as to who, though.

I do not know of good hosts for a forum like this, but agree that moving would be good.

Who hosts IGN's, RPGFan's or Gamespot's boards? Maybe the middle is the best example to look into? Money will come from my direction, too.

Can we give another shot to making the forums public again?  They've entirely disappeared from Google searches, which is too bad.  Kinda handy to be able to search the forums using Google in general.  If the issue really was Host-specific, it's reasonably likely it's fixed by now.  If it's not fixed, at least we'll have some clue about whether to change the software, or whether it's worth the effort to think about moving to a new host.
