Witches: Lulu (FFX), Thage (EP), Arche (ToP)
It's not that it's impossible for Witches here since Lu has a ID weapon and Thage can inflict Fear through physicals. They have lots of other problems in this fight though. Turn order is Tio > Arche => Asgard > Thage > Zero > Lu. So Tio does Whisper to the Stars to boost Asgard up the turn cue, he then uses MT ID. Arche and Thage immune it (since it is magic based) but Lu has no way to block it and dies. At this point, Witches are screwed. Arche and Thage can do something to Zero and prolong their survival but then Asgard and Tio get their 2nd turns and Asgard starts doing MT damage with Barrier Floods which the remaining two witches can't do much about. If they go after Asgard, Zero will get a turn and he will just shred one of them apart so they absolutely have to lock him down.
Ghosts: Pamela Ibis (MK), Wraith (VP), Auron (FFX)

Pirates: Rufus (VP2?), Pirate (BD), Aika with Purity Shard (SoA)
Thanks to Snowfire for reminding me Wraith has a back up physical. Opening turn order is Auron > Aika > Wraith = Rufus > Pirate > Pamela I think? Auron is the slowest every turn thereafter.
Anyway, no one on Team Ghosts cares about Confuse and Pirates really need to stop magic or they will just get blown up. Auron opens by Power Breaking Pirate, and Aika opens with Delta shield. From there, Wraith physicals Aika, Rufus can Might Reinforce Pirate and attack, Pirate hits Wraith (shouldn't kill since Rufus is attacking with less AP and Pirate has been Power Broken), Pamela pokes Aika. On Auron's next turn, he activates Sentinel and now Pirates have to go through him since they don't have any MT/GT damage. Also, since they are all physical based (or partially physical from Rufus), he counters all of them. Aika has to keep stacking Delta Shield, and will probably due turn 2-3 from Wraith. At this point, even if they get rid of Auron, Pirates are screwed cause Wraith can definitely GM.
Even if they kill Wraith, Pirates are in a really bad spot since Pamela immunes most of their damage. It might actually be in the best interest of Ghosts to kill him first since then Pirates can't kill her and Pamela just OCVs.

Werecreatures: Rei (BoF3), Bob with Water Rune (Suiko2), Kevin (SD3)
vs
Vampires: Hilda Valentine (SH3), Joachim Valentine (SH2), Asellus (Saga)
Rei's the only one on his team who can resist ID. Against 2 other IDers, this is bad news. So Hilda and Joachim will gang up one someone with their ID. Asellus can Glass Shield stop the physicals and by Turn 2-3, it's going to be Rei versus the world. Also to make matters worse, Hilda can heal.
Demons: Beatrice (WA3), prinny Kurtis (Disgaea), Laharl (Disgaea)
vs
Puppeteers: Elize (ToX), Gepetto with Spikes and Mind's Eye (SH2), Mel with Lightning Rune (Suiko3)
Elize can guard Mel and herself from falling asleep. Anyway, if Kurtis and Laharl don't have multi-hit moves, they're in deep because Gepetto becomes nearly impossible to kill and going through Elize is an even worse option. Puppeteers likely off Bea quickly so Elize can swap to an offensive mode, and then just take out the other two.
