GODLIKE
Sephiroth (FF7) vs. Yuna (FFX): Sephiroth's physical is ITE.
HEAVY
X (MMX:CM) vs. Worker 8 (FFT): Oh now this is tricky. Ultimate Armour doesn't boost HP so W8 still 2HKOs it, and X Fire's damage is fire so useless here. The speed boost means X does get a lot of attacks in, though... though I forget if Ultimate Armour's normal attacks are ranged or melee, which matters against Counter. Abstain for now.
MIDDLE
Lich (FF1) vs. Bartholomew Fatima (XG): If stop =/= paralysis then Bart loses bad, inclined to say they are in this case, though (FF1's STOP even inflicts paralysis, iirc). So Bart dunks his own physical durability to block this, and still goes first (barely). It's... close, after that. By my numbers, Bart 3HKOs (Lich has somewhere around 1.5 pdur, but Bart hits a fire weakness so does ~60% to average) and Lich... barely 2HKOs Bart's shaky mdur. It's only by like 2%, but it's enough. If Black Snake affects bosses I will (EDIT) not change my vote, since that'd drop Lich to... hmm, post-Haste it's a 2HKO, so 3 turns overall? As long as Bart doesn't lose his own 3HKO ... which it looks like it does. So yeah, either way Lich kills in one turn fewer.
LIGHT
Natan (SH3) vs. Locke (FF6): I think this is right, but it's very close. Natan having good HP and damage control makes it a little easier for him to avoid a Valiant Knife 3HKO. He just misses the 2HKO himself, so if he can hold back his damage turn 1 (either by deliberately botching his physical, or using Evil Eye?) so that Locke is at, e.g. 75% HP and then 30% HP, then Locke's bonus damage (which needs to come in at around 103% total HP missing or so to win) won't be enough.
